I love the location of this townhouse, because it`s on a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac, but you`re within walking distance to so many wonderful places! Downtown Belmont, which is adorable and filled with many of the best restaurants in Charlottesville, is about a 7-minute walk. Many of my favorite local casual restaurants, like Beer Run and Firefly, are even closer. There`s even an amazing arcade filled with vintage games across the street! And the downtown mall, the hub of Charlottesville life, is less than a mile away.

Parking for this unit can be found in designated spots at either end of the cul-de-sac.

I love the walkability of this home! There is a bus stop right at the end of the lane, just .2 miles away, and Ubers and Lyfts are easy to find as well.
