La maison Chapman - Une retraite urbaine

Avoir une expérience urbaine dans le centre-ville historique pittoresque Edmond, OK. Cette maison urbaine a été construite en 2017 à cette fin. Marchez jusqu'à l'Université du centre de l'Oklahoma, le Patriarche, le Zu, UCO Jazz Lab et profitez de toutes les commodités de notre environnement de marche. La maison de ville du deuxième étage est nouvelle et meublée pour fournir au client une expérience urbaine. Les clients ont toute la maison de ville et l'accès à une magnifique cour avec foyer. Le quartier est unique car il est accessible à pied et bikable avec de nombreux restaurants, bars et autres lieux de divertissement accessibles à pied.

Perfect for a long weekend in Edmond

We were in town for a wedding and this ended up being a perfect spot to stay. Convenient for the wedding related events and fun things to do during our down time. We enjoyed the breweries and restaurants (lots of walkable options). The apartment is nice and had everything we needed.

Clean, comfortable, and private

Property owner was available but very non intrusive. No neighbors on either side, very quiet area but walkable.

Excellent!

David was great to work with. He was able to help us out when our original location fell through. We learned about the different neighborhoods in OKC, and this is a very safe location. We were comfortable immediately. The apartment had everything that we needed. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to town.

Very nice and very convenient

Great location, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Near the freeway to downtown OKC and tourist attractions. Apt is built above the garage so it is very private, up a flight of stairs. David and Julia are super nice and responsive to any requests. Many pros and only 1 con. Their is a freight train that runs behind the apartment several times during the day and night. If you're a deep sleeper or used to noise at night it isn't a problem. Would highly recommend this AirBnB.

Location Location Location!

The Chapman House is a great place to stay in Edmond, with easy access to any part of Oklahoma City and surrounding towns. You’ll absolutely fall in love with the fabulous shower and comfy bed. Both make it hard to leave and looking forward to returning!

The Train

Very nice place other then the Train that goes by all times of the Day & Night. (Very Noisey) The place could use Towel Bars. Other then that very Clean and Comfortable.

Cozy Home in a Great Location

My husband and I had a great stay at the Hurd House. It was a quaint 1915 home with so much detail - it was extraordinary to be living in a part of history. The home was in great condition and has all the necessary upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. The owner is incredibly accessible and helpful. If you stay and you need anything, don’t be shy, just ask and he will accommodate you within reason (I am assuming there is something he’d decline but didn’t run into that). There is plenty of cooking and eating space. All the necessary utensils and linens are provided. Right outside the front door is a very short walk to Downtown Edmond. There are a lot of food and drink options and some very nice boutique shopping options. The internet works well. There is a TV w local chant and streaming ability - just login with your acct and remember to logout before you leave. The one bit of info I will offer is the train that is a few hundred feet from the house - it travels through those tracks regularly, including the nighttime. My husband and I both grew up close (not this close, but close) to trains so it didn’t bother us much, but if you aren’t accustomed, this may be a problem for you. If you’re looking to be in Downtown Edmond, I would struggle to suggest a place where the train would not be heard, however. The train just comes with the town. This house was perfect for us. We were visiting for a long weekend (4 nights) from Phoenix for a wedding. My brother lives in Dallas and flew in for one night and we were able to accommodate him without any problems. It was close to where we needed to be and had so many food options right outside the door. I loved my stay here and will definitely return.

The Chapman house was a perfect spot for our vacation. Loved the design and decor.

Beautiful place with great accommodations. Edmond was a fun town to explore, everything pretty much within walking distance to downtown.
