Escape to Sugar Mountain Alpine Retreat, a spacious Blue Ridge Mountains vacation cabin designed for relaxation, fun, and adventure. Sleeping up to 11 guests across 7 beds, this newly renovated, three-level cabin is located directly on Sugar Mountain and only minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, tubing, golf, hiking trails, and the charming village of Banner Elk, NC.
Whether you’re planning a family mountain getaway or a group ski trip, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, entertainment, and scenic beauty.

The Space:
Step into a cozy yet modern retreat with stunning mountain views, two expansive decks, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind.
Gather around the outdoor fire pit for s’mores under the stars, relax in the family room with reclining sectional and smart TV, or head downstairs to the game room for hours of fun with Air Hockey, pool, foosball, Pac-Man, and more.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and an eat-at bar—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals after a day on the slopes. Upper Master Suite: King bed, twin bed, private bath with double vanities and step-in shower.

Wonderful host, location, and house. It was exactly as advertised and a great location. Very close to the ski slopes and shops. Host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful for our large family. We had plenty of beds, amazing views, and a large game room with plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The host was very responsive.

Our family spent a delightful Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. It is a very spacious house, with three lovely gathering spots. The one on the lower level was well used by the kids - there is a pool table, foosball, air hockey and other games that I know nothing about but the kids were very happy. We had cold weather while there so we made good use of the fireplaces - generously, there was firewood we could use - often renters have to buy wood in bundles at the supermarket but not here, and it was nice and dry. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms plentiful and two bedrooms connected which made a nice suite for our daughter and her family. The setting is very nice, and a supermarket, coffee shop and excellent restaurant are all just at the bottom of the hill. Kitchen is so well equipped - we pulled off a real Thanksgiving meal easily. Also it was great to have access to the garage which made unloading and loading the cars very easy. We highly recommend this home.
