Une grande nouvelle maison de bain à deux niveaux de 4 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec 1 lit king, 2 reines, 2 lits jumeaux peut accueillir max # 8 adultes et 2 lits superposés pour 4 à 6 enfants. A une cuisine entièrement équipée, télévision couleur par câble, WIFI, téléphone, lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse et foyer au gaz. Le niveau d'entrée a un salon, un coin repas, une cuisine, 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain. Le niveau supérieur a 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain et buanderie. Le niveau inférieur a un bureau avec futon, chambre avec lits superposés et télévision. LE GARAGE N'EST PAS UTILISABLE. Situé à distance de marche des pistes de ski de Ski Beech, Fred's General Mercantile, de la piste de luge et des restaurants locaux. Comprend l'accès au Beech Mountain Club privé qui propose: golf, tennis, piscine extérieure chauffée, aire de loisirs, aire de jeux pour enfants et club house. Late Spring ski trip

The home was great and just as advertised. We really enjoyed the stay, despite ski conditions getting slushy and icy this late in the season!

Ski In - Ski Out - Great Location

Ski In - Ski OutIt's a 45 second walk on a trail to the slopes/terrain park. Pizza place, ski shop, management office and general store are all a 60 second walk or less. Great ski in / ski out location.SpaceLots of beds and bedrooms. Sleeping easily accommodated our party of 9. Kitchen is tight if everybody wants to eat at the same time. Living room is tight if everybody wants to watch TV at night together. That being said, we managed both.FurnishingsPlenty of kitchenware. I thought the furniture was just fine. The TVs were kinda small, but we didn't watch much TV.CleanlinessVery clean. Everything was spotless.OverallI had a large ski group and this place was everything we were looking for. I look forward to staying here again.

Beech Mountain

Fantastic location for our ski trip consisting of 3 adults and 4 children. Ski shop and pizza place (w arcade) are right across the street. House was clean and warm with enough beds to comfortably sleep 12. Would definitely stay there again.

Beech mountain biking

This property is close to the slopes for siso or riro. Covered deck is nice, close to restaurants and also has a kitchen that we used for cooking with no issues. Would definitely stay again at this location!

One of our favorite beech cabins

We stay slope side at Beech every year and this is one of our favorite cabins! It’s so close (walking) to Fred’s where some of our friends rent gear, and so easy to ski in ski out. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things needed to have a good weekend! Only thing we bring is a crockpot for chili 😀 it’s also much bigger than most slope side cabins which makes it really comfortable for a big group!

Comfortable well appointed house

This was one of the most comfortable houses we’ve stayed in at Beech, and we’ve been doing family trips there for over a decade. The kitchen was by far the most spacious and easy to navigate, which is important for us. The weather is unpredictable (we missed the snow by two days), so having a house that allows family to be together is a priority for our family trips. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location

The house is centrally located near the town hall, ski slopes, and sledding hill. It was clean and the kitchen is well equipped with even an instapot and 2 coffee makers. The living room was a bit crowded with our family but we were outside most of the time. Definitely need to bring your own bathroom soap, hair dryers, and shampoo. The office would have supplied it but we just purchased some at the store. We enjoyed our stay there and the office help were very friendly and helpful.

Family Retreat at Beech

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very positive, we had ten people and the sleeping set up was perfect. The house was an easy walk to the slopes, the home was in excellent condition, comfortable and walking distance to Fred’s and Brick Oven Pizza. We hope to go back next year. There was a fenced in area for our standard poodles.

Great Slope Side Location, Average house

Able to walk to the slopes, was essentially ski in, ski out, made it possible to go back to the house for lunch and to warm up. Very small fenced back yard, but enough for a dog to roam around off leash. Directly across street from pizza and other shops. House itself was dirty and not in good condition. You’re staying here for the location, not the house. Rental agency was quick to respond when we had an issue with the fireplace.

Great Spot for A Skiing Group

This property was great for spending a few days on the slopes. There are a multiple quality bed rooms. Plenty of sleeping if some are willing to stay in the same room. A short trail leads straight to the slopes. Only complaint would be pictures are a little outdated. There are new couches which is cool. However there is not a futon anymore, this required a bit of unexpected sleeping rearrangement. There is also a fire pit which I am a big supporter of. However I would have brought wood for it if known. This is just preference over buying some at fred's general store. Checkout process is super simple. Overall it was a great place to stay, would definitely rent again.

Wonderful house in a perfect location!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house is in a perfect location - super close to the dog park, restaurants, the Mercantile, and the ski slopes. The house was fantastic - plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for big breakfasts and dinners. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again - it was just perfect for a large group. The beds weren't the most comfortable but they wouldn't prevent us from renting the house again. The only issue we had was with the property management. They added an additional charge that wasn't listed on VRBO and charged my card before notifying me of the increase. When I phoned to inquire about it they were extremely rude. They even mentioned cancelling the reservation if I had a problem with their methods.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was okay but there are opportunities for improvement. Place an air purifier in the basement, use mattress pads, replace all carpeted areas with laminate flooring. Doing those things would make the house nearly perfect. The side yard and part of the back yard had trash scattered everywhere from a bear sometime before we arrived. Cleaning/ property manager should have addressed it proactively. They cleaned some, but not all of the trash, after our call.

Beech 111 Meadowview circle

Nice place, large accommodations for bigger group. Could sleep 14 or 15 if needed to. 3 levels, nice back deck for morning coffee, evening hangout. Easy walk to Fred's Mercantile (good breakfast on the back patio), Brick oven pizza across the road. Convienient to Ski Beech-5506'skybar, Banner Elk Winery. Wish we had known that renters can get access to the Beech Mtn club, swimming, golf, dining, tennis etc... Not really clear upon arrival and we missed it in the VRBO post. Also, post reservation, you need to purchase the VRBO three grand property damage policy, or present one grand green paper upon arrival, this was a surprise when a docusign showed up in my inbox AFTER the reservation was made. This should be disclosed in the listing IMO. But easy otherwise and nice place to stay. Putt-Putt, dog park also across the street and dog friendly back yard is fenced in.

In the Middle of Beech Mountain

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned a last minute spring break ski vacation and found this home that is centrally located to the town and ski resort and for what we paid, it was a good deal. It is sort of ski-in, ski-out if the neighbors are friendly and don't mind you walking across the back yard to get to "The Meadows" ski run. It was a big house for the four of us and can handle a group with someone in every bed if everyone manages their turn in the two bathrooms. Laundry room is upstairs with a full-size W/D. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils and glassware but you will need to bring condiments, spices, etc to prepare meals.Unit was relatively clean and I don't know that the criticisms of the conditions of the house are fully warranted. No telling how many weeks a year this house is rented out, but there is normal wear and tear that a rental property is bound to experience and it may be that the den furniture is due for a refresh. The bed pillows are due for replacement and if the master mattress is new, a memory foam pad would be a welcome addition. You can walk to pizza and BBQ and drive two minutes to Mexican food, or 15 minutes to Banner Elk. We rented ski equipment from the store in front of the house and the prices were great.Overall, we would recommend this unit.
