1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive or underage drinking, take place primarily at night, and 20* people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($500 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. 10 overnight guests are included in the base rate. Daytime and overnight guests should not exceed 20 people. Please keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM. Please note that although you’re welcome to be in the back yard, noise carries. We ask that all events are brought inside by 10:00 pm.

If our neighbor calls the police or us about an after 10pm outdoor noise issue, there will be a $200 charge. Therefore, please follow the hours provided to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Parking:
Please do not park in front of our neighbors homes or driveways. Plenty of parking is available around the home. 6 parking spaces in the front driveway and curb.
4 cars can be parked inside in the backyard in the fenced area. Please park with the back of your car to the perimeter fence for easier departures. Additional parking is available in front of the empty lot across the street.
