If you want to explore beyond the resort, you are 2 miles from Rosemary and 7 miles from Pier Park. The location could not be more perfect.
The condo is just a short walk from the main beach access and beachside pool, and steps away from Carillon’s “downtown” area, where you’ll find everything you need during your stay. There’s a general store with bike and golf cart rentals, a fitness center, Pilates studio, walk-up café for breakfast and lunch, a surprisingly good pizza spot with a neighborhood bar vibe, a salon offering spa services, and a wine bar with cornhole and life-size Connect Four.

Carillon also offers 7 PRIVATE beach walkovers, four pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, open green spaces, and a scenic promenade that winds through the village.
*Starting in April, the HOA is imposing a $35 fee (payable at check-in & not included in VRBO fees) for use of all resort amenities & parking. It’s a small fee, but absolutely worth it for the PRIVATE beach access and resort experience.

You’ll find Publix, Winn-Dixie, a liquor store, CVS, a sushi/Chinese restaurant, Waffle House, and Dunkin’ Donuts directly across the street—so essentials are always within reach.

If you want to explore, hop on a bike and follow the new path that connects Carillon to Rosemary, or take a quick drive to the lively restaurants and shops along 30A. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is only about 12 miles away, making travel easy—some guests skip renting a car altogether.

The kitchen is an “efficiency” setup, but well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking at the beach. It features a two-burner electric cooktop, a full-size refrigerator, an air fryer (no standard oven), and a dishwasher. For coffee lovers, there’s a French press, Keurig, and traditional drip maker—or you can stroll over to the café for a ready-made cup.
