The Space:

The moment you enter, the home’s modern, art-forward design reveals itself. Your eye is drawn through an open-concept living space, past the thought-provoking original art, and straight through a wall of glass to the shimmering blue of the pool. Soft, light maple flooring and cabinetry unify the kitchen, dining, and living areas, enhancing the abundant natural light and creating an atmosphere of airy calm.



The living room, centered under a vaulted ceiling, is cleverly designed with two distinct seating areas to suit any mood. One area is arranged around the fireplace, inviting lively conversation or quiet reflection. The other is a dedicated media lounge focused on the 8K flatscreen TV, complete with premium cable channels for an immersive movie night experience.



Across the open space, the gourmet kitchen serves as the social heart of the home. The host is always part of the action, whether preparing a meal at the large center island—lit by modern pendant lights—or grabbing a bottle from the wine fridge. Adjacent, a cheerful breakfast nook with sunshine-yellow chairs offers the perfect spot to start your day overlooking the pool. For more formal gatherings, the dining area seats eight under a unique, contemporary chandelier.

The neighborhood offers a calm Wine Country vibe while being close to the energy of downtown Healdsburg. Within a short walk, you’ll find charming streets lined with boutiques, tasting rooms, and acclaimed restaurants. The area is also known for its relaxed pace, beautiful parks, and access to outdoor activities like golf, biking, and river recreation.



Getting Around:

While you can easily walk to downtown Healdsburg, having a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding wine regions, river spots, and day trips around Sonoma County. Parking is available for up to two cars in the garage and driveway (no street parking).

Other Things to Note:

- This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, so quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM per local ordinance.

- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior notice. If you are traveling with a service animal, please let us know before your stay and kindly clean up after them to keep the home comfortable for all guests.

- All vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway, as there is no street parking.

- Modern conveniences include central air conditioning, fast 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi, and premium cable channels, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Healdsburg.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
