PETS: Pets are welcome however must be disclosed at time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee of $300 PER PET PER STAY will be charged. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home.



STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN



Guests have access to the entire property including detached garage which houses game room with big screen TV.



Private, upscale neighborhood. Guests MUST NOT disturb the neighbors. Party-like activity will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.



Pool can be heated in colder months for an extra charge. A pool/spa remote is required to control the settings and will incur an $800 charge if lost.
