Beautiful home

Our stay was awesome. The home is beautiful and very close to many stores. The only problem we encountered was not having any internet. Unfortunately I was not able to work due to that but other than that everything else was good. The only feedback that I have would be to replace the barstools

Our stay

There was a few things we needed the host for but they were great very fast responding and sent maintenance right away, they fixed everything and they were great to work with! Only thing The wifi didnt work for us the whole duration of our stay, and 1 tv in one of the master rooms but other then that the house is beautiful and the pool was amazing. There was some cockroaches despite being super clean, but we know your going to get the odd one in florida no matter where you stay! The house is very big and spacious and accommodating. Great villa. It was our second stay! Well be back someday.

Horrible

If you want to be comfortable it is best to sleep on the floor. Beds in quuen and king rooms are flat and you feel the springs. Sofa downstairs sinks in when you sit on it. Dead roaches on floors. Little roach motel kits all in cabinets. Pots were greasy in cabinets. Shower curtains got mildew stains all over. Go to a hotel not stay here. Pool was halfway fullfull with bugs.

Amazing

The home was beautifully decorated, very modern. Loved that I could relax out by the pool and enjoy the 🎇 fireworks! Look forward to returning next month.

A Change of Scenery

Overall the property was great. The beds where comfortable as well as the furniture. The only hiccup is that the blinds need to be replaced in the family room, a touch up on the paint on the walls and baseboards are needed in the stairway area but overall excellent house for a great price.

Beautiful rental

Property was very beautiful. Location is also great. Plenty of rooms for us not to be on top of each other. We did find the beds in the master bedrooms to be incredibly soft and a little difficult to sleep in. There was no pack&play/crib on site. Home was cleaned upon arrival. A little maintenance is needed. Would consider staying again.

In my 6 years in visiting Florida we’ve never stayed in a property were our beds felt like they were going to fall in . One of the beds did , we found a white stain on one of the comforters , some of the dishes were dirty and a tv had a crack in the screen

Property was great! Pool was too cold though. Food at clubhouse was not good. Chef overcooked everything and we ate two dinners seafood platter didn’t have all seafood on there that was advertised. At a resort it’s important to have good food!! Thank you.

Nice home in Champions Gate

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Loved the layout of the home. We added pool heat and enjoyed a warm pool. The home seemed clean. We did notice the carpet was dirty on stairs and the walls could use painting in some areas. Baseboards could use a deep cleaning. We could not get several remotes to work. No major maintenance issues. Overall, we would stay again in this rental.

Clean (wow factor)

My fiancé and I celebrated our birthdays 8/29 here with our kids and family from the 28th-31st. The home was beautiful, just like the pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool and the space. We was only 15-20 min away from Disney, all the stores was 5 min away. The only dilemma we had was the limited supplies. So be prepared to buy toilet paper, trash bags, face clothes and hand soap. Other then that, this was an amazing and comfortable stay.

Great location

We stayed for an event held at Disney's ESPN and the location was great (often traffic on the 4, but that's to be expected). The communication with the staff was immediate and always helpful. The Oasis Club is a few blocks away and is a great perk. The only thing I'd mention, bc I did not see it in other reviews, is that the connected "spa" at the house is pool temperature, with jets. You can pay to heat both, but then only to 90°. So, it's NOT a hot tub. There is one at the Oasis Club, though. Would definitely recommend this property.

Was fine

Was overall a nice rental, couple issues, the fridge stopped working, and kept going in and out. The amount of time it would have took for them to fix it, our food would have expired. Good thing we figured it out. Also on day 3 I believe, we did see roaches. Overall bedrooms where nice and clean. Pool was nice.

The house is so roomy with 6 rooms and 5 bathrooms - allowed my whole family to spread out and relax. Loved the deco, beds were comfy, and the family enjoyed that all the rooms had their own flat-screen TVs and cable. The pool was awesome - water was warm and just big enough for kids to splash around in and play games. Clubhouse is close and fun for the family to visit with giant lazy river, pool, and volleyball. Fairly close to freeway for amusement parks - you definitely do need to get some supplies but overall had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was good, but it wasn't the house that we originally picked. The house we picked was 538 Orange Comos Blvd Davenport, Florida. We did not know this was changed till we received an email, stating we didn't pay for pool heating and no BBQ. Then I found out the house address they gave us, the original house we wanted had a BBQ included at no charge and we had to pay for heating pool, not a issue. The house we got waved rental fee but charged for grill cleaning 45.00 which was an extra cost for us. Just wish that we were notified of the change and why.

At home vacation sucks

Couldn't even get in the gate for over an hour along with about 180 other people. House wasn't very clean. I asked them to turn our heat on the day before we arrived and it was never done. Spent everyday calling and emailing them to turn the heat on and during my 5 day vacation they never came.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay immensely. House was clean and spacious. Several minor issues came up- light inside pool didn’t work, some tv cable boxes wouldn’t turn on and fridge door had issues closing. Manager/owner communication was excellent and he responded to all messages within a few minutes. While he offered to send a repair person over the next morning (we let him know after business hours) that was too late for us as we were checking out the next day. Overall I would definitely recommend this home despite some of the minor inconveniences. They most likely could have been fixed had we communicated the issues as soon as we arrived.
