As part of our standard process, we reached out shortly after check-in to ensure everything was meeting your expectations and to see if there was anything you needed. We did not receive a response regarding any of the issues mentioned in this review. Had we been made aware of concerns such as a drain backup, hot water issues, odors, cookware concerns, or appliance problems, we would have gladly sent our maintenance team to address them. We are especially surprised by this feedback given that your stay was extended beyond the original reservation dates. Typically, when guests encounter significant issues affecting their comfort, they notify us so we have the opportunity to resolve them. We take all feedback seriously and have inspected the items mentioned. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable stay, and we encourage guests to communicate any concerns while they are on-site so that we can help in real time rather than learning about them after departure.
