The Creekside Casa offers a spacious one-bed, one-bath layout with over 1,500 square feet of living space. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. There’s also a private balcony where you can relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the creek. On the lower level, a game room awaits, complete with a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a large bar, and a 65” TV. For added flexibility, both the upstairs living room and the downstairs game room are furnished with sofa beds, offering additional accommodations.

Additionally, the Creekside Casita is a charming 1-bed, 1-bath unit with a cozy living area that features a futon as an additional sleeping space, with a kitchen and dining area that allow you to prepare and enjoy meals at your leisure.

Take advantage of outdoor living at its finest: the property boasts multiple patios, two charming gazebos with dining tables, and a shared hot tub perfect for unwinding while taking in the red rock scenery.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
