To ensure the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please don't set the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may damage the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

Additionally, a temporary hold of $2 will be placed on provided credit cards for verification purposes, further enhancing our commitment to security.

Furthermore, guests residing within a 50-mile radius must adhere to a minimum booking requirement of two nights, as per building policy. Or stay will be declined

Booking Requirements for Local Guests
If you reside within a 50-mile radius of our property, a minimum two-night booking is required as per building policy. Unfortunately, single-night stays for local guests will be declined.

Pet Policy
We understand that pets are part of the family! Pets are allowed depending on their size. Please be upfront about bringing a pet, or your reservation may be canceled. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies:

1-4 Nights: $25 per pet, per day
5-29 Nights: $200 per pet
30+ Nights: $300 per pet

This fee must be paid before you'll be given access to the unit. There's a two-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are permitted. If an undeclared pet is discovered after check-in, this fee will be doubled.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Our standard check-out time is 10 AM. We offer early check-in at $25 per hour and late check-out at $25 per hour. You must request and pay for these upfront. If you check out past 10 AM without prior notification, a $50 per hour fee will be charged. Please understand that we can't always accommodate every early check-in or late check-out request, as it depends on our cleaning crew's schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Guest Reminder: Waste Management Schedule
To help us maintain a clean and green environment, guests staying with us from Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday are kindly asked to place the trash can by the curb for waste collection.

Kindly note: To ensure the upkeep of our property, there's a $50 fee for not adhering to this request.
