Profitez des équipements de classe mondiale proposés par Sterling Breeze. Service gratuit de chaise de plage (2019 - économies pouvant aller jusqu'à 40 $ / jour!). Sterling Breeze est l’un des condos les plus cotés, et le seul condo sur la plage qui autorise les grillades sur le patio! Imaginez griller des fruits de mer et des steaks tout en regardant les dauphins jouer! Il est situé directement sur la plage, avec un grand Golfe-avant, piscine bord débordement et bain à remous. Vous trouverez un café Internet et un bar à vin au bord de la piscine, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, une connexion haut débit à Internet gratuite et un parking couvert sur place. Tout cela et moins de 1/2 mile à pied de Pier Park shopping et manger. Cette unité de coin a des comptoirs en granit, un sol en carrelage de céramique et un grand balcon en coin avec barbecue électrique. Profitez des magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil depuis votre balcon. Il y a deux suites principales et une 3ème chambre avec deux lits superposés. Le canapé est un lit queen. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat. Les lits king et queen ont de nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme que nos invités adorent et qui raffolent pour leur confort! Autre nouveauté à l’été 2018 - très grande capacité, chargement frontal, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Nous nous sommes engagés à fournir sur la plage l'unité la mieux entretenue et la plus propre. Nous y avons passé de nombreuses semaines avec nos enfants et nos petits-enfants!

Great experience

This was an awesome time in PCB. The property was clean and well maintained and as described in the listing. Everything went great and the host was great at communicating and answering questions. I would recommend this property for sure. After you book and arrive, enjoy the powder sand beach a few steps away!

Amazing condo!!! Huge! Clean, cozy, everything we needed!

When we first checked in our code wasn't working. I got ahold of Paula and it was taken care of right away! She was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better Property Manager to work with. The condo was exactly as described. It had everything that you have been could possibly need down to sand toys and extra folding chairs. Thank you Paula for sharing your condo with our family! We will be back

Great week!!

There were 8 of us in the unit....it was a GREAT layout and worked VERY well for our family! The unit was neat and clean...and nicely decorated! Check in was easy! Paula answered all our questions! We would stay again!!

Thank You so much for allowing me and my family to call your home ours for the week. When we arrived, we were able to check right in the room was very clean and the view was outstanding. Beach weekend

We used the condo for a weekend in PCB with another family and our four kids. The condo was perfect! It was in a great location and had a great layout. Paula was super helpful and quickly responded to questions.

Amazing condo

This condo is amazing. It was clean and very spacious. We normally stay at the other end of PCB, but being in walking distance to Pier Park was nice. It was me, my husbannd, my parents, my 17 year old son, and 3 of this friends. This condo was perfect.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay! The condo was well stocked, everything was clean, communication was quick, and the location was perfect. The only thing that could have been better was a refresh in the linens and towels. Many were stained and well-worn, but overall clean and usable.

Great Stay!

My husband and I along with our daughter, son-in-law and 6 children ranging from ages 2 to 16 stayed at this condo for 4 nights and 5 days. We felt the condo was roomy enough for all of us. Having the kids' room down the long hall away from noise and the living room TV was great. It was also nice to have 3 bathrooms with so many people. However, there were no mats to step out onto the floor from the bath/shower, and the instructions stated not to put the towels on the floor. We felt this was somewhat of a hazard, because my pregnant daughter almost slipped twice getting out of the shower in the master bathroom and stepping onto the tile floor. We had enough pots/pans/skillets and utensils to cook in the condo as well as glasses and dishes. Bring extra toilet paper/paper towels and trash bags if you have a large group like we did because you will need extra. Also, there is only a small bar of soap in the bathrooms for hand/body washing but we brought our own body wash/shampoo. There was never a long wait at the elevators and this condo is on the 16th floor. The elevators move fast. The pool area was nice and there is an area by the pool to eat and get drinks. You are just steps away from the beautiful beach too. Having to print your own parking pass is kind of a pain unless you have a printer to do that at home before you leave. An added plus is that this is a corner condo away from everyone so it is quiet. We would definately return!

We stayed the week at this condo to celebrate my granddaughter's 17th birthday. It is a gorgeous property with stunning views. The condo is beautifully cared for and in immaculate condition. Can't wait until our next stay.

If I could give bonus points I would

We LOVED this property! My primary priorities were cleanliness, comfort, and noise levels to which this condo did not disappoint. We did not know about the air show and the bike rally occurring at the same time as our visit, and yet, it was such a pleasant surprise because of its location. The views for the beach, city, pier, and air show were all incredible. The condo was clean, very quiet (yes, it was surprisingly quiet even with the air show planes flying over!), the beds were comfortable, the check in/out process was so easy, and the condo was close to grocery, restaurants, activities, and the pier. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a wonderful (and super helpful) bonus. Also, the elevator was very fast with minimal wait times compared to other places we have stayed at in the past. From booking to our departure the owners made our overall experience even better by their clear communication and kindness. We'll definitely be returning!

The best vacation ever

Sterlingbreeze 1601, our family truly enjoyed our stay. We had our own rooms and bathrooms which made it enjoyable. The place was clean, roomy, and so cozy. The balcony views were breathtaking. Such a great place and location to enjoy with family.

We looked at many condos before deciding on Sterling Breeze. It is by far the best condominium complex in Panama City Beach, bar none. It's low density ensures less people on the beach during peak times - giving you all the space you need to have that great beach experience! The pool and spa are awesome, and the wine bar/restaurant is top notch!
