Cette spacieuse maison de 5 chambres à coucher avec grande piscine se trouve à distance de marche du Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (événement BNP Paribas Tennis). Emplacement parfait pour Coachella et la diligence. Walkable au parc Indian Garden Tennis Garden et trajet / navette.

Grand 2 étages 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison avec deux espaces de vie et salle à manger. La cour arrière est idéale pour se divertir ou se prélasser au bord de la piscine de plus de 50 pieds ou profiter d'un dîner barbecue à l'extérieur.

Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision et WiFi est disponible dans toute la maison. Il y a une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète en bas. Le maître a un grand placard, baignoire avec douche séparée, et une zone de vanité. Il y a une terrasse sur le maître avec une vue magnifique sur le terrain de golf.

Les trois autres chambres à l'étage partagent une salle de bain complète. La grande cuisine a toutes les commodités (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur). Il y a une zone séparée pour le café et le thé. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont neuves.

The pool and hot tub were excellent! Large and spacious. The lounge furniture outside was also clean and comfortable. Plenty of shade and sunny areas all day. David went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Constant communication. He even brought over some yoga mats and weights when I inquired about any fitness equipment. The house is large and would be perfect for families. The kitchen is large and very clean. The only drawback would be the dirty carpets and dated look to the house. We rent in the desert every Spring Break, and this is the best pool/hot tub we've ever had (most are small plunge pools) and the owner is so accommodating and dedicated to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Really nice experience!

Wonderful place to stay on vacation

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property is in a great location, very clean, and exceptional service from the owner. The house had everything to make your stay comfortable with a beautiful view from the master suite over the golf course. The backyard area and pool was perfect to relax and unwind. We look forward to going back.

Renee and her family were ideal guests, everything a host can hope for. Communication was terrific, all city rules and house rules were following. No concerns or issues and the home was left in terrific shape. I highly recommend Renee and her family to other hosts and I would be happy to host Renee again should they come back to the area in the future.

Great time in La Quinta

Our family visiting from the East Coast had a wonderful stay in David's turnkey home in La Quinta. Wonderfully stocked with home use supplies, linens, and pool paraphernalia. Excellent communication from David from start to finish. Definitely would like to rent property again in the future.

We came to the area to watch pro tennis. This home was perfect for us. We could walk right over to the courts in about 10 minutes. David, the owner, was professional, thorough and communicated well. The pool was also nice as it was hot! And the home is spotless!!

The house and this property were stunning. It contained everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need in the bedrooms are immaculate. It is close to everything there is to do in the Palm Desert Valley. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who’s looking to go to the Palm Desert Valley.

Mike and his family and friends were ideal guests. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mike to other hosts. The home was left very clean, communication was terrific, and they were polite and courteous when it comes to outdoor noise sensitivities of neighbors. I would be happy to host Mike again should he come back to the area for a future visit.

David is a spectacular host

This place is perfect for a group of families or friends. Large kitchen/living space was amazing for socializing and sharing meals. Backyard with spa/pool and outdoor kitchen was well utilized as well. Place was very clean and well appointed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms with very comfy beds. David was one of the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. Incredibly responsive and patient with instructions. Thank you David - we will be coming back soon!

The house is lovely, clean, and David goes above and beyond in providing a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable surroundings, and thoughtful necessities, like garbage bags and soaps, and detergents. We were pleasantly surprised, having shown up to other rentals with nothing but a roll of toilet paper. We did not heat the pool (end of March) and our 5 kids had a ball swimming and then occasionally warming in the hot tub. We so loved our stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a great time staying at this property. David was great to work with and everything went smoothly for check in, the stay, and check out. The house was well stocked with everything (and more) to have a comfortable stay. We used the kitchen quite a bit for our stay and the grill outside was great to have for meals. We opted to heat the pool which was a good idea as the weather was cool. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the heater that was on the patio was perfect for our families to sit under to spend evenings. The location was really great-we went to the zoo which was a highlight and hiked in Joshua Tree National Park. We would recommend this property and if we returned to the area would rent it again

Amazing place within easy walking distance of Indian Wells Tennis Garden

At this point, I've stayed in close to a hundred VRBOs (guesstimate) and this one is in my top 3 of all time rentals. David, owner, is super responsive and accommodating. The location for attending the Indian Wells tennis tournament can't be beat - the flexibility of being able to leave whenever we wanted, go back and forth for food, snacks, nap, change of clothes - made our trip so enjoyable (no dealing with parking! coordinating five people's schedules! changing clothes to warmer outfits in the bathroom at the tennis garden!)The house itself was immaculate, super clean, lots of places for us to hang out, nap on the lounge chairs by the pool, comfy sofas in the foyer and the living room. Beds were very comfortable for sleeping and we could each adjust our own room temperatures. While we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub - that was just because we were so busy and I regret not making the time. Best of all - the house is the best equipped home I've ever stayed in. We didn't have to buy any toilet paper, paper towels, storage bags, spices, honey, coffee (they have a keurig), tea, olive oil, the list goes on. I've never stayed in a rental home that was so well stocked and that was a real treat. If I could give 5* stars I would! We felt so fortunate to be able to book this house!

Beautiful, clean home in great location

Our family travels often, and this is by far one of the best rentals we've had. It was very clean and the all the bedrooms had comfortable beds and nice linens. The owner did not skimp on anything...there were plush towels, high-quality bath products, a stocked kitchen, and a lovely pool. Plenty of restaurants and retail close to the house too. The pool is huge, long enough to even swim laps in it. The owner was responsive, welcoming, and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Staycation

The house and host were just what we needed to have a perfect staycation. The house is very spacious, all necessary supplies inside and out to feel at home. The house is centrally located to run to market or restaurants. David was super responsive and quick! I would highly recommended this property.

This property is quiet and private. No neighbors behind this home. The backyard is perfect for entertaining or having a relaxing vacation with your family. It features a custom built pool 50+ foot pool, that is perfect for enjoying the warm spring, summer and fall weather. The large spa comfortably fits at least 8 guests and is perfect to relax and enjoy all year.
The home features a built in barbecue, high quality indoor and outdoor furniture. There are beautiful golf course views from the master bedroom.

There are many stores and restaurants, and a movie theater located within a few miles of the home.

This property is located very close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. It is less than a 1/2 mile walk to attend all tennis garden events. The tennis garden hosts the BNP Paribas tennis Event, Indian Wells Arts Festival, Indian Wells Music Festival, Indian Wells Pickleball Championships and more. Coachella has a shuttle bus stop at Indian Wells Tennis gardens as well.

*** NOTE ^^^

This home is located in the city of La Quinta has a 24/7 outdoor noise ordinance and La Quinta has a nighttime outdoor noise curfew between 10:00pm - 8:00am which is much stricter than daytime sound limits. Guests are expected to be quite if in the backyard between 10:00pm - 8:00am. Host can provide additional info. Daytime outdoor music must be kept low or it will disturb neighbors in this neighborhood as well as other neighborhoods.
