Recently updated with new furnishings, Hatley Hideaway is our serene mountain retreat perfect for family and friends. Enter off the front porch into the mudroom with space for all your gear and a half bath. Next you'll find the kitchen with ample supplies to feed a full house. The main kitchen has a 12-cup drip coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, tea and add-ins. Directly off the kitchen you'll find the king bedroom with private bath and updated decor, linens and a private TV - it's sure to provide ample space for a good nights rest. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with space for 8 and the main living room with a gas fireplace to warm up on even the coldest of winter days. Both rooms overlook the west facing back porch with a new Polywood outdoor dining table that seats 6 and rocking chairs to watch the sunset and erupting night sky. Can you spot the big dipper?

Off the main living room is the staircase to the second level that hosts two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The queen bedroom boasts new furniture, decor and linens along with a lounge chair. The second bedroom is every campers dream with a bunkbed holding a full bed, twin bed and twin trundle along with an additional twin bed.

Off the kitchen is the staircase to the lower level which holds the main entertainment space. A pool table, Pac-man arcade game, wall scrabble board and Nex Playground - an active movement based video game system - are sure to provide entertainment for the whole family. A connected bar area houses a mini fridge, sink, glassware and Keurig coffee maker. The lower level also holds the final bedroom and full bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the adjacent full bathroom. There is a laundry room with updated washer/dryer and iron and ironing board. Finally the lower level entertainment space looks out over the west facing lower level deck. The good times continue with a hard lined fire pit and soft seating and a recently updated 6-person hot tub.

The home has a newly installed tankless water heater with unlimited, on-demand hot water and a Starlink Wi-Fi system that provides ample bandwidth to work and play from the house. Every living space and bedroom has its own smart TV open to connecting your own app logins.
