GOLF CART:
• HOA restricts golf cart rentals from local companies. However, we are one of the few homes in the community that offers exclusive access to a personal golf cart, available for rent directly through us.
• Street Legal Golf Cart: NEW 2026 Bintelli lifted 6-Seater Lithium-Ion Electric cart with premium tires, Steps, Custom Painted body and custom seats, 3-point DOT seatbelts, 9” touchscreen with AppleCar Play/Android Auto, Wireless phone charger, 4 Bluetooth speakers, Headlights/Taillights, Backup Camera, Turn signals, Cupholders, Rear enclosed storage, and Lockbox.
• The golf cart is $100 / day and must be rented the entire length of trip. This is perfect for easy beach trips or cruising Scenic Hwy!
• Prior to use, a signed golf cart waiver and copies of your driver's license and insurance are required.
• The golf cart is considered one of the three allowed vehicles, so driveway parking is limited to two cars. The Golf Cart can ONLY be parked in the driveway and will be parked at the house available to rent.

DETAILS to Note:
• Pool & Hot Tub: The resort-style lagoon pool is heated seasonally for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Spring Break (March 1st-April 26th). The community hot tub is heated and available year-round. Wristbands for pool access included.
• FREE beach shuttle from house to Pompano St. Public Beach (0.5 mi) available seasonally 3/1 through 10/31.
• Security: The home is located in a secure gated community and is equipped with a Ring camera at the front entrance for your safety and security.
• Parking: On-site parking is strictly limited to three vehicles in the driveway. No street parking, RVs, or trailers are permitted. There is limited guest parking around the pool area and also overflow parking at the end of Kono Way (by mailboxes and back beach exit).
• Rental Agreement: After booking this property, you will have to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below.
• To rent golf cart, we request a copy of your Driver's License and insurance are required as well as signed golf cart waiver.

Access:
Gate and front door codes are provided two days before check-in.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Key code to house will not work until 4 pm.
Late check-outs without approval may incur additional charges. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to allow them the time they need to ensure the house is clean, sanitized, and ready to go for the next guest.

House Rules:
1. Parking – Up to two (2) cars with the golf cart can park in the driveway MAXIMUM. The HOA does not allow parking on street or sidewalk. There is overflow parking by pool and at the end of Kono Way (next to the mailboxes) as room permits.
2. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect neighbors and community rules.
3. Maximum Occupancy Limits Enforced – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 12 people, children included. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and Resort.
4. No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited to protect the home and respect neighbors.
5. No Smoking Inside – Smoking, vaping, fires, or open flames (including candles) are not allowed inside the property. A fee may be charged for odor removal.
6. No Pets Allowed – Please request approval before bringing any service animals. Unauthorized pets will result in a fee.
7. Follow HOA Rules – No trailers, RVs, boats, motorcycles, jet skis, golf cart rentals, or electric scooters.
8. Report Damages Immediately – Please inform us of any damage or issues during your stay so we can address them as soon as possible.
