The room was well equipped and the view was beautiful. Check in was super easy and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We were totally pleased with our entire experience. Already looking at planning a return trip next year.

This location was great!! We stayed for a short trip to the beach. It was a Mother/Daughter trip and we love the beach. The kitchen was a lot smaller than I suspected. Just one person at a time. The unit sits right over the main pool between the East and West tower, so it was a little noisy until 10 with kids using the pool. If kids bother you this is not ideal. The bed was quite firm, so if you like firm you will be good. For the purpose of our trip, this place did the trick. We were on the beach from 10:30-5 daily!! Perfect location for eating out and Pelican Pete’s in walking distance for a meal.

Security was rude when we first got there. There wasn’t any blankets for us with the pull out couch so we had to ask for some. The pillow had a big hole in it where stuffing was coming out. The chairs in the dining room could be replaced- cushions were not stable or the foot rest was not stable. Overall the place was nice and a great view to the beach and pool.

For the price, the condo was fine, but, it could definitely use an update. Beach view is terrific, which is always one thing we want during our stay. Balcony furniture is old and rusty. There's one couch in the living room and no other chairs besides the kitchen table and chairs for sitting or relaxing. The first night we were there, we discovered the plugs by the bed didn't work. Someone came the next day to check it for us, we didn't hear back about the plugs however, we discovered that the wall switch for the ceiling fan has to be on in order for the plugs to work. ???? Location is great, view is great, pools are great! We live the Sunbird, but this wasn't our best unit we ever stayed in. I also ended up in the hospital the last day of our stay, so none of the above actually mattered in the end.

Couch was broken down. Did not close properly. Seating on balcony was missing pads. It was clean. Had a nice view of Gulf. Door code would not work properly. Tried mulitiple times.

While the unit has a mass of potential, this owner has failed it in the maintenance category. I find it hard to believe this is a new listing. Furnishings are in poor condition. Layout is odd. The patio is too small for all of the rusty chairs and the dead, fake plant. Minimalistic as decor goes.The unit was dirty upon arrival. The couch was so sandy that we had to cover it in order to sit. The toilet did not work properly but maintenance was swift and professional. As for the Sunbird complex itself… clean and well maintained. However, be prepared for the parking and wristband fees that were not disclosed within the renters agreement. From someone who has rented multiple properties from multiple condominiums in the area… this is not one that I will return to. Owner needs to do better.

Cheap. You get what you pay for, sometimes. Not this time. I feel the owners have "skimped" with cheap decor, cheap bedding, cheap furniture. Everything was uncomfortable, couch, chairs, bed, even the bathroom toilet. Cheap, cheap, cheap. I was not impressed with the "hand-painted pirates chest" and matching gold spray painted wall decor. My 10 year old could have done better. The garbage disposal didn't work, it still had leftover lemons & cherries left in it from the previous tenants. Most of the electrical outlets were unserviceable. The ones that worked had "multi-plug" conversion's but the receptacle's were so old they fell out if you tried to plug anything into them. For the most part, the only ones that worked were located out of reach. There was a cheap particle board multi-square shoe storage unit in the bedroom to put your cloths in. Not chest of drawers anywhere. The kitchen was very outdated and very hard to use. Refrigerator opened backwards, Oven opened up in front of dishwasher, bar top opening over sink was in hallway with no place to sit. Poor layout, almost too tight to for one person to walk into. Any what was the bathroom door that opened into the food prep area of the kitchen? (other door was in bedroom). Closets had so much cleaning equipment in the way, there was no room for clothing to be hung. Under sinks had discarded parts and maintenance items in the way that should have been stored elsewhere in a utility room. Won't stay again.
