Welcome to your west end Galveston beach retreat where coastal chic meets family-friendly comfort. On the top level you will find the spacious primary suite with a king bed, blackout curtains, a cozy reading chair, and a private en suite bathroom. Step outside onto one of the 4 porches to enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise or a glass of wine with the sunset. The large living area features an oversized sectional sofa, a 65â smart tv, JBL bluetooth speaker, and plenty of games for family fun. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking easy and includes a coffee and tea station. The dining table has a built-in extender to allow for additional seating.
Downstairs are two king bedrooms with blackout curtains, connected by a shared bathroom featuring an LED lighted mirror. Around the corner is another bedroom with two queen beds, another full bathroom, and then a spacious bunkroom with 4 queen beds - perfect for the ultimate group stay. The landing area includes a bench with towel hooks, storage cubbies, and a retro Pac-Man arcade game. Each bedroom offers plush bedding, a smart tv, and a peaceful, coastal-inspired ambiance for a perfect nightâs rest.
On the ground level, you will find everything you need for island relaxation - private 6 seat hot tub, private outdoor shower (for rinsing off sand, rinsing off before getting in hot tub, or just showering outside), a tiki bar with window for serving drinks, and an outdoor TV you can swivel to enjoy from multiple angles. Fire up the charcoal grill, gather around the picnic table, or enjoy outdoor games like giant Jenga, cornhole, and Spikeball - the perfect setup for laid-back beach living.
Beach Access:
A quick 0.2 mile stroll across the San Louis Pass gets you on the beach in no time. This beach access also allows cars, so you are able to drive up for even quicker access. An extra few minutes walk will get you past the pilings where no cars are allowed if that is your preference.
You can also access the beach through the neighborhood tunnel which takes you under the pass to the other side of the neighborhood with beach access on the car-free side. This is about a 0.7 mile walk.

Primary renter must be at least 24 years and must have a government issued ID on file with the booking platform
No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PMâ8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 PMâ8:00 AM Friday and Saturday. We have wonderful neighbors who live here year-roundâthank you for helping us keep the peace.
Maximum occupancy of 18 may not be exceeded at any time.
No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping in or on the property.
No rearranging furniture.
No food or beverages (besides water) in bedrooms.
Do not use the grill under the house. (charcoal not provided)
Parking: Up to 4 vehicles in the driveway only. No street parking, trailers, or RVs permitted.
Exterior security camera monitors the entry area for guest safety. No cameras are located inside.
Child safety: The home is family-friendly but not childproof. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near stairs, decks, and the hot tub.
Booking responsibility: The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group have read and follow the house rules. The primary guest is also liable for the actions of all registered and visiting guests.
This property may not be used for any commercial purpose, filming, or production.
Guests acknowledge that use of the hot tub, outdoor shower, decks, stairs, and outdoor games involves inherent risk and agree to use these responsibly. Host is not liable for accidents, injuries or loss of personal property on the premises.
