If you're ready to unwind, recharge, and breathe in the mountain air, Scenic Ridge Cabin is the perfect place for your Blue Ridge escape. Designed for both adventure and relaxation, this cabin offers sweeping long-range mountain views from every porch — the kind you'll never want to leave.
Tucked away on a private 2-acre wooded lot, Scenic Ridge offers seclusion without sacrificing convenience. Located in the Aska Adventure Area, you're only a short drive from tubing, rafting, fishing, clay shooting, and hiking — and just 7 scenic minutes from the shops and restaurants in downtown Blue Ridge.

Whether you're cozying up by the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, enjoying movie night on one of the five TVs, or getting competitive in the game room (with air hockey, arcade games, poker, and board games), there's something here for everyone.

So come sit a while — on the porch, with a view you'll never forget.


THE KITCHEN

At meal times you will have a fully stocked kitchen at your disposal with everything you will need to fix the perfect meal.

DINING

The dining table seats 8 people. It was recently custom made at Jerry’s Mountain Furniture off Aska Rd. There’s also a dining table on the back porch and a picnic table at the top of the mountain trail.

HOT TUB

-Set the temp when you arrive to give ample time for it to adjust and please make sure the lid is closed when not in use to keep leaves and debris from getting in and to allow the temperature to hold. There are holders on the side so that you can slide the lid off and on with assistance. It is not light; please make sure someone assists from each side.
-There are beach towels provided for the hot tub and plenty of hooks both inside and out.

There are 3 Bedrooms in the cabin

-Queen pull-out couch on the lower level

Each bedroom has a TV with a Roku attached for you to bring your own login and password to access streaming services
Each bedroom has USB and USB-C chargers for your devices
Each bedroom has a dresser for clothes storage during your stay
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all rooms except the owners closet

Other Things to Note:
FALL SEASON AND LADYBUGS - It is very common in Mountain areas to see ladybugs around the cabin inside and outside during the fall season. They congregate together in the fall to hibernate. They are attracted to the heat that the homes reflect. We have regular bug treatment and this is not an infestation. The best way to deal with them is by using provided handheld vacuum to clean them up.

CRITTERS AND BUGS - Guests can possibly, occasionally, expect to see critters (bugs, squirrels, deer, opossum, bears, etc.) in or around the cabin since this is a mountain woodland area. We do however have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of such critters/bugs coming into the cabin. To help prevent nasty bear incidents, please do the following:

■ Lock your car doors
■ Roll up all car windows
■ Don’t leave food in your car
■ Put your trash in the provided bear-proof trash receptacles
■ Ensure the cabin doors are securely shut and locked prior to leaving
