The gourmet kitchen offers modern appliances, generous counter space, a breakfast island, and well-stocked cabinets with additional gadgets. A formal dining table for eight sets the stage for memorable meals. Automated blinds throughout much of the home allow you to control light and privacy with ease.

Sliding doors lead to a balcony deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating—an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset views.

Main-Level Comfort
The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, large TV, and direct deck access. Its spa-style ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower and high-end finishes. A second main-level bedroom and full bath—separated by a sliding barn door—offer additional privacy and convenience.

• Bedroom 3: California king bed, TV, ensuite bath with glass shower; direct porch access
