Beautiful and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood in Eden. Plenty of room for groups of up to 18 with 8 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 5 bathrooms and ample parking. Centrally located just 13-27 minutes from Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Vally ski resorts and world-class hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking. Just minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview Reservoir, and Eden's quaint "downtown". Basement theater and game room, private hot tub, and community pool. Fully stocked kitchen.

Great Eden property

Great, spacious home for our family reunion. Everyone had a great time. Few minor issues with the oven, hot tub, DVD player, and internet out for a day and a half but hosts were quick to respond to our concerns. Everyone in our group said they would like to stay there again.

Awesome house and location!

We spent a couple of days with our entire family. The house set up is so nice with a living area on each floor and plenty of room for everyone!

Quiet Getaway for familiy

Property was well laid out. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 13 people. Nice quiet area where we could relax and enjoy family time.

Great House for a Gathering of Friends

There were 8 female adults in the house and the bedroom/bathroom ratio worked out great. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood yet close enough to Ogden. We really enjoyed our time there!

Sibling and spouse retreat

Great place to sit back and enjoy visiting in the hot tub, watching old family movies in the big beautiful comfortable theater room. Beautiful kitchen with many supplies to enjoy meals and visiting. So good to take time to spend time together. So nice to have amazing homes that people share so we can do this.

Excellent rental property for groups

Well organized with many bedrooms. The layout of living room upstairs, game room and theater down was outstanding. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a great time. The property was spacious with plenty of living space. It was near the end of the summer season which may be why the carpets needed cleaning but all was in working order. The decor is a bit dated but was not an issue for us.

What a view

The house was great. The area is beautiful with a great view of the mountains. The kids (and the adults) enjoyed all the games inside the house. Plenty of room for our whole family. Would absolutely stay there again.

Lovely comfortable home

This was a beautiful and delightful stay for our family. Comfortable and well equipped in a lovely location. Tons of rooms and fun! We hated to leave the house to go to all our family wedding events! Would certainly stay again. Host wonderfully responsive.

Fantastic Property!

If you are looking for a place to stay that has tons of room for your family, a trio of rec room activities, a big-screen theater room, an outdoor hot tub, and a friendly neighborhood with a swimming pool and courts, this is the place for you! And the view of the valley and mountains is magnificent. Book it!

4th of July fun!

This house was awesome! So many rooms to accommodate the 8 adults and 8 kids in our group. The theater room was a hit for the littles to watch Bluey and the grownups to hang out at night, the tweens loved the rec room. We spent lots of time at the community pool as well. The hosts were friendly and fast to respond to questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Home!

This property is so big and lovely!! The eight bedrooms were so wonderful that the family didn't fight over who stayed where. We enjoyed the game room and theatre room everyday and the hot tub was relaxing. It was all so perfect. Thank you for a great memory for our reunion!

Great home close to Powder Mountain

We enjoyed this lovely home for a ski vacation. Home has comfortable furniture, beds and a well stocked kitchen, great hot tub, game room and movie room. Fitness room in club house with pool is close walk to house. Double washer and dryer was helpful too. Our hosts rapidly responded with questions and advice. We hope to return!

Nice House

Higher quality construction than your typical ski/vacation home. Actually had a full set of cookware and dishes, which is somewhat rare. Nobody had any complaints, which is also rare.

Another great Thanksgiving

We had so much fun at this house. The things we really loved was the extra fridge downstairs and absolutely amazing big screen movie room with humongous beanbags. We laughed ourselves silly while playing games one night. The table has sittings for eight people upstairs and We played all kinds of games together there. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner for our large group. Greg was very good to respond to Questions and checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you so much.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay and the house worked well for us. There are a few maintenance items needed on the house. The ceiling lights in two of the main floor bedrooms didn't work. Had to use lamps. Several light switch buttons were broken. The door to the downstairs bedroom with two twin beds does not close all the way. Left about a 3-4 inch gap. Ants were noticed near the sliding door to the balcony from the kitchen. We bought some ant traps and placed them around. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.
