You will have access to the entire property. The main home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and the studio space has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Making the whole property 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a hot tub on the back patio, and also a kids climbing structure as well.
