Step outside to the sound of a seasonal creek flowing just beyond the backyard, where a nature preserve stretches on the other side. As you linger at the dining table, your gaze meets the red rock formations that make Sedona so distinctive. Wildlife often wanders through the property, adding a sense of calm connection to the natural setting.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 6 guests with three bedrooms and additional sleeping space. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, while Bedroom 2 also features a queen bed. A sunroom/den includes a full futon, providing flexibility for families or groups. Two full bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals with cooking basics, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Essential items such as pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy shared meals at the dining table, where large windows frame incredible red rock views.



Outdoor living

Nearly an acre of land offers space to relax outdoors. The backyard includes a fire pit for gathering under the stars, outdoor furniture for lounging, and a dining area for enjoying meals in the fresh air. A private entrance leads directly into the property, and free parking on the premises makes arrival simple.



Comfort & convenience

Stay connected with wifi and an ethernet connection, and take advantage of a dedicated workspace if you need to focus. The home has air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. For longer stays, a washer and dryer are available, along with bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, and essential toiletries.



Safety & access

Guests have peace of mind with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Check-in is easy with a smart lock, and luggage dropoff is allowed for early arrivals or late departures.



Neighborhood

Located in the Village of Oak Creek, the home offers access to one of Sedona’s most iconic areas. Bell Rock and local trails are nearby, along with the renowned vortex sites that draw visitors from around the world.

Home update

A major remodel is planned for October 2025, with the home being transformed into an upgraded space for future guests. Until then, visitors can enjoy the current setting with its natural surroundings and well-equipped amenities.



Listing Notes:

Please do not use the fireplace. There is often wildlife in the backyard. We advise you to use caution when going into the backyard and please do not approach any animals. We hope you enjoy your stay and please reach out to us with any questions.



1. No pets, ESA(emotional support animals) or Service animals of any kind due to health risks

(This home is a very strict no animal of any kind. There are severe allergy risks to the owner. We will enforce this rule very strictly. The surrounding wild life is also a threat to your animal.)

2. No parties or events

3. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed and no smoking within 20 feet of the home.

4. Quiet hours are from 9am to 9pm per strict Sedona noise ordinance

5. Please no shoes in the home

6. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

7. Please do not use the fireplace.
