2 chambres modernes, 2 salles de bains appartement au premier étage est un complexe de condominiums de luxe fermé près du centre de Lagos, avec grande piscine commune, jardins, aire de jeux pour enfants.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double et salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi. La climatisation est disponible pour les mois chauds de l'été et de chauffage pour les fraîches mois d'hiver.
La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux et une salle de douche séparée. La climatisation est disponible pour les mois chauds de l'été et de chauffage pour les fraîches mois d'hiver.

Perfect apartment for family holiday

Spacious apartment in a great central location near to supermarket , town and beach. Pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Communication with owner was also excellent. Nothing but a positive review for a lovely holiday , thoroughly recommend !

Great time in Lagos

Really enjoyed our 10 day stay in Lagos. Apartment is lovely, in a brilliant location with all creature comforts. Check-in was relatively straightforward and the information pack was useful. Would really consider staying here again as we had such a good time. The only real complaint was that in the 10 nights we were staying, neither the towels nor bedding were changed (a minor gripe), but it certainly did not impact on our stay.

Great location and perfect for family of 4

- The aparment is close to "everything", but still in a quite and a calm area. - Jenny was really serviceminded & a very good host, thank you for everything! - The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect with 2 bathroom when you are 4 persons. - It was very clean and everything work as expected. - The poolarea was clean, well kept and nice to relax at when coming home from the beach or trips. - Almost next door, at the Don Gull we found a great restaurant, the best we tried in Lagos, wow, we just loved the food there and ate there several of times. - We loved Lagos and Sagres - a great place when you like a active vacation. We went to Sagres to surf twice, took a fantastic kayak tour and a lot of walks to admire the astonishing surroundings. - We warmly recommend the aparment and Lagos!

Nice Apartment with a Great Location

The apartment was great and the location to old town Lagos and the marina is perfect. One block to the bus station. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with pots plates glasses etc for cooking. Used the bbq several times and it worked well for cooking the fresh seafood we purchased at the fish market. The area is quiet at night and very close to a large grocery store, Pingo Doce where you can buy any of the things you will need during your stay such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, spices, olive oil, coffee, tea etc. A little hiccup up with getting into the apartment but that got cleared up quickly by Marcia the property manager and she looked after us very well. Would stay here again.

Great Apartment

The apartment was perfect for our holiday in Lagos. In a great location…….lovely restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches a walk away, bus station minutes walk away and supermarket close by too. It is spacious and kept cool with really good air conditioning. The only criticism would be the chairs on the balcony were a little uncomfortable but we didn’t spend a lot of time out there anyway as so much to do. We used the communal pool a lot which was so refreshing. There isn’t any shade around the pool so we sat under the palm trees on the raised area away from the pool. The sunloungers were a little dirty up there so we had to give them a wipe most days. Overall we really recommend the apartment and Lagos and would definitely return one day.

Lagos week

Nice and cosy apartment, nice location and surroundings, all apliances are good and the AC is old style, but ok. However, the tv is old and does not have the country service, neither it supports AirPlay, should be informed beforehand, that the portuguese tv channels are not available, at all. The pillows are of feathers and there were no plain bed sheets, just the blanket, which made the sleeping hard, due to the gear. In short, new tv with AirPlay or screen mirrowing, and at least the local tv service, the free ones are enough, pillows and bed linen suitable for the country clima.

It states on the listing that the TV has UK channels. The duvet is removable if you need just a plain sheet.

Absolutely AMAZING

We’d not been back to Lagos for over 20 years and wanted to show our 14yr old daughter! The apartment was PERFECT - much bigger than it looks in the photos - both bedrooms are quite large, with very high ceilings, so stay nice and cool - even in August. 2 decent size bathrooms - the en-suite has a bath. Hall space is generous & large kitchen with freestanding fridge/freezer/washing machine/dishwasher etc. We hired a car - basement parking (a bit tight, don’t get anything too big!). The café opposite did excellent cocktails/juices & healthy meals, as well as burgers & meat dishes. Brilliant for my gluten free requirements too! Easy walk into old town but we wanted the car for beaches & supermarket shopping. Would just mention that you need to take dishwasher tablets, bin bags & a tea towel, otherwise, absolutely everything is there! Perfect 2 bed/2 bath apartment - we’ll def book again!

bit of a downer

this apartment is a very spacious apartment. Very close to the harbour, restaurant's and the main square. Unfortunelly we had a problem with the code on the door. The email said the code was a certain number and when we tried it wouldn't work. Two hours later we managed to track the property manager to get the new code. The thing i don't understand why we were not given a number of the property manager in our email. Two hours standing in a corridor is no joke in 30 degrees heat The television had all the the home channels but it took us two days to get it reconnected. The furniture in the bedroom was falling apart. It was very hard to sleep with the noise of the traffic going by. The reviews said you don't here the noise. Not so . The shower went hot and cold when you used it .No change of towels in 10 days It would be nice to have someone meet you when you arrive to show you how everything works. We arrived at 16-00 in the afternoon and entered the apartment at 18-00. it would have saved a lot of hassle it we met someone there. We were disappointed for what we got for the price we paid for it

I'm so sorry about the mix up with the door code. Having just changed Property Manager, there was teething problems. One drawer had come off its runners, and was easily put back into place. As Lagos is getting bigger and bigger, more apartments are being built, therefor, more traffic on the roads. Maybe the showers just do that when they are both being used?? It's not something i've noticed. Extra towels should have been left out, but there's always thewashing machine to use.

Bel appartement mais bruyant

Bel appartement et très bien situé mais le balcon est limite pour 4 personnes et il donne sur une rue très passante donc beaucoup de bruit de voiture. L'appartement n'était pas super propre (plusieurs cheveux dans la baignoire etc...) Dommage que les chaînes télévisées ne soit que Anglaise, une chaine info locale aurait été appréciée. L'hôte répond rapidement et la personne qui gère l'appartement aussi.

A perfect place to stay in Lagos

We were very impressed with the quality of this property. Well built, well furnished, good quality equipment, it was excellent. A big apartment, plenty of space for 4, with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a large balcony. The location was ideal, a short walk to town and beach, easy parking. TV reception was poor and frequently cut out, but that was the only complaint. Lagos is a lovely base for a holiday in this lovely area. Highly recommended!

Comfortable spacious apartment

A well equipped and comfortable apartment only a few minutes walk from the centre of Lagos old town. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and always gained a swift response. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby so a car is not essential for a stay here. Overall a good quality apartment in an ideal location.

Excellent location

Loved the location and facilities of apartment. Pool area was lovely; always plenty of sunbeds and good size pool for swimming. Having key safe meant that we could all access property throughout the day when we went out separately. Although we did not encounter any problems during our stay would have been nice to have a telephone number for property management company rather than just e mail in case we needed to contact them.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, modern and was an EXCELLENT location for us! We were in walking distance to the bus & train station and close to many restaurants & cafes. The grocery store was about a 5 minute walk & we were able to purchase any supplies we needed there.The water/Marina front is great and you can book any tours and also walk to the numerous beaches. Hi -We have been going to this complex in different properties for 10 years.

A number of items need looking at: Cooker-extractor fan was not working and we had to keep the kitchen door closed/patio door open to avoid the smoke alarm in the hall going off when cooking. One of the chairs on the balcony was about to fail (hinge on leg frame). Towels provided by the service company are tired and need replacing. There are no contact number in the information pack for the service company in the flat to report issues such as the cooker extractor.

Fantastic Location

Lovely spacious apartment will definitely go back. Excellent communication with the owners/management. Everything went really well had a great time. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possible need. Only 10 mins walk to the Marina and the Town also not too far from the train station and the bus station is just over the road. The people there were very friendly around the pool and one day I had it to my self nearly all day - like having your own private villa. Quiet at night but some great bars around McCabes and Irish bar is just around the corner and a fantastic bar Arte which had a lot of live music spend a few nights dancing there. Some great fish restaurants and steak restaurants all within walking distance O'Farnell snack bar do great meals too at a good price. A lovely relaxing time - this apartment faces a road which you cant hear when the doors are closed but I prefer that location to facing the pool as it can be noisy during the day around the pool area. Great dealing with owner Jenny very helpful. Apartment is Fab. Balcony is shaded in the afternoon.Air con in bedrooms was a life saver (39 degress)It is close to all restaurants and marina. Short walk to the beach (10min). Just beside a supermarket (few mins). Pool is great (pitty no sun umbrellas in such heat) and no reserving sunbeds! was great....Thanks Jenny

Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen TG-Parkplatz. Handtücher und Bettzeug werden wöchentlich gewechselt. 1 Stern Abzug sehen wir wg. eines Kinderbetts ohne Matratze (2 Wochen lang geht das leider nicht) und weil in der Küche z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, etc. fehlten. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Wohnung aber für einen entspannten Urlaub in Lagos auf jeden Fall weiter!

So sorry about the cot mattress missing, you should have contacted my Property Manager to advise him of this and the situation would have been resolved. As it is a self catering apartment, it is up to yourself to buy any condiments etc

good location

The apartment is very nice & in a good location. The owner is very helpful & friendly. It is a shame it was let down by the 'property manager'. Cleaning & linen changes are supposed to be weekly. I stayed for 39 nights & the linen was only changed on days 12, 17 & 25. It was only cleaned once, the day after being woken up by the property manager starting to clear out the apartment as he had got the dates wrong by a month. I did it myself the rest of the time. Sorry to say it did sour the stay somewhat however the apartment is lovely & my experience should not put you off. Hopefully it was a one off
