Welcome to Bennyâs Retreat - a charming 3-bed, 2-bath ranch in Bennington, NE, just 25 minutes from downtown Omaha and within walking distance to shops, parks, and restaurants in Benningtonâs downtown area. This cozy home features a private entrance, full kitchen, finished basement, in-home laundry, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. Relax in the living room, work in the dedicated office, or enjoy air hockey in the game area. Kids will love the playground just beyond the backyard.
The space
Bennyâs Retreat is a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offering a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space to relax. The main floor features a comfortable living room with a large sectional, an additional chair, and a smart TVâperfect for unwinding after a day out. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Guests can gather around the dining table or pull up a seat at the kitchen counter, which has two benches for casual seating.
Downstairs, the finished basement offers even more room to spread out, featuring a second living area with a cozy electric fireplace, another smart TV, and a convertible air hockey table for game nights. Youâll also find a full-size washer and dryer, along with a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair for anyone needing to work during their stay.
The three bedrooms include two with cozy queen beds and one with a comfortable double bed. Each bedroom offers fresh linens, ceiling fans, an extra blanket, and a laundry basket for added convenience. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.
The home is located adjacent to a school parking lot. Children can be heard often playing outside during school hours, but the inside of the house remains fairly quiet and comfortable.

Guests have full access to the main floor, finished basement, backyard, driveway, and all indoor living spaces, with the exception of the utility room.
The garage is not accessible for guest use. Parking is available in the driveway on either side, as well as off-street parking nearby.
