Beautiful property - back deck to creek was very peaceful and nice. We had an infant and it worked well for our family - no bathtub but used her portable bath and worked in the shower. Was nice to walk to restaurants and in town.

Perfect place! We had the best of both worlds, being able to walk to any downtown location, but also feeling like we were tucked into our own little forest oasis! I loved that we could take our dog on a walk on the path that was right behind our cabin, this was a great option in between hiking at the parks. Being downtown we were the perfect distance from all parks and attractions! We will definitely book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet.Nice size for 2 people. Had good kitchen essentials. One block ftom downtown. Recommend El Tapatio restaurant. Had flavorful Mexican food with leftovers for the next day.

Quiet location just 1 block from Main St for shopping & many restaurants. No storage space to speak of in the cottage. Noisy water heater that made noise each time the hot water was turned on. No instructions for the TV and host did not respond to my query about that.

PERFECT LOCATION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect location with the cutest cottage by the stream. We called the the management company twice for the cottage # and the wifi password and they answered immediately. Very thankful for that! Everything was clean and very well stocked. Steps away from Main street but so quiet. Our doggo loved sitting on the enclosed deck and watching the people walk along the river. The only con was the sleeper sofa squeaked like crazy when anyone moved on it during the night but we were so tired from hiking it wasn't huge. We will be back!!

My wife thought the apartment was quaint and eclectic. I was underwhelmed. The painted concrete floor is well worn and needs a facelift. The bedroom is very small. One small closet is available to hang a few items but otherwise we lived out of our suitcase. We stored the suitcases in the dining area. The bathroom had very little storage area for toiletries. The exhaust fan of the tankless water heater is very loud and annoying. The outdoor furniture at the front entrance was covered with bird droppings. We did enjoy the back deck for a late afternoon cocktail, and the apartment is very close to shops and restaurants. Overall the apartment did not meet expectations.

What I loved about this place most was the location that was walking distance to restaurants but also felt out of the way and quiet. It seemed as if the other properties were unoccupied while we were there so the quiet setting (and ease of street parking) may have been a luck factor.That being said, the place was clean, cute and comfortable. They supplied amazing coffee beans! And the kitchen items has just what we needed. We did not use the grill on the balcony but one is there. The tap water is also delicious. My favorite part was the large balcony to enjoy a coffee on. FYI’s for informed decisions:There is a water pump or maybe the heater that can be noisy when using any of the water features (shower, laundry, sink, etc) but is not that loud from the bedroom. There is not much room for luggage. My husband and I had our suitcases in the very front once you walk in the living room.

Great little place in the heart of downtown Moab! It’s shady and surprisingly private for how close it is to the main drag’s restaurants, shops, galleries, visitor center, etc. The walking/biking trail right beside the unit is great if you want to bike or jog in the mornings/evenings. This particular unit is also a standalone, so you don’t have to worry about noise from neighboring units as much. There’s only one AC wall unit in the kitchen for the house. At the time of our stay in late June, it wasn’t working great. (filter light was on fyi), but given the time of year and that it’s Moab, we expected to be warm. If you’re planning to stay in the summer, the bedroom may be a little warm even with the ceiling fan on. You can crack the bedroom windows at night for some cooler air if you’re comfortable doing that. Otherwise, it’s the perfect place for a small crew. Had some DVDs, puzzles, all the kitchenware you would need. Laundry detergent. Local coffee beans, grinder, coffee maker, nice shower, comfy king-sized bed, grill and outdoor dining setup, etc. I would highly recommend it!
