Relax with the whole family at this peaceful mountain retreat! With a park right across the street, and views of the San Francisco Peaks from the neighborhood, this home offers the perfect escape. The park features a playground, swings, and a basketball court, making it ideal for families. Relax on the patio with a gas grill and garden, perfect for evening grillin` and chillin`. Located just a short drive from historic downtown and the Arboretum, this modern home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Imagine taking a walk and looking out to the sight of the San Francisco Peaks, their majestic presence silhouetted against a clear blue sky. This is the view that greets you when you stay in the Presidio neighborhood at our charming mountain retreat.

Outside, the patio beckons. It`s outfitted with a gas grill and a potted garden, making it the perfect spot for relaxing, morning cup `o Joe, or evening conversations under the stars. There`s seating for 2, and the fenced backyard ensures privacy.
Just across the street, the neighborhood park offers a playground with swings, a basketball court, and a large field for running and playing.
As you step into the open-concept living space, you`re welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is designed for relaxation, with a plush sofas arranged around a large smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or family movie nights.
The dining area is just a few steps away, set up with a spacious table where everyone can gather for meals or game nights. This area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, a home cook`s delight equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal. From a blender for morning smoothies to a rice maker, this kitchen has all the small appliances you might need. The granite countertops and modern cabinetry add a touch of elegance.
The master suite is a private oasis. With a king-sized bed dressed in soft linens, you`ll feel at home the moment you walk in. The ensuite bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closetâideal for stowing away your luggage and shopping finds. As you drift off to sleep, you can rest assured that everything you need is within reach.
You`ll find two additional bedrooms. Both are outfitted with Queen-sized beds, offering comfort and ample space. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo, providing convenience and comfort.
There are a dedicated workspaces for those who need to stay connected.
For exploring the area, you`re just a short drive from historic downtown Flagstaff, with its quaint shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere. The Arboretum at Flagstaff is also nearby, offering beautiful gardens and trails to enjoy.
With a washer and dryer available for your use, and thoughtful amenities throughout, this mountain retreat is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Itâs not just a place to stayâitâs your home away from home in the heart of Flagstaff.
Guests will have access to the entire home except two locked closets.
In addition to the garage and driveway, in the summer months, guests are welcome to park in the street in front of the home.
We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well.
The best way to get a hold of us through text with the number you received you reservation confirmation message from or via Vrbo messaging. These messages go to our entire team, and you will likely get the fastest response this way đ
We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.
If you have an urgent matter or need to call, you can reach us at the phone number in your check-in message đ
After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is directly through our management software. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration;

Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID
Vehicle information
Accessibility: Guests will have to use stairs to ingress and egress from the front of the home. If guests enter through the garage, there are no stairs to access the home. The home is single-level.
City Ordinance: No street parking from November 1st to April 1st. Please try to utilize the driveway and garage only.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our house rules, the presence of exterior cameras, and to complete our guest registration.
A $300 security deposit hold will be paced on your card a few days prior to your check-out date. This hold will be released, less any incidentals, if any, about 4 days after your check-out.

#1 â Shoes Off
âą We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!
#2 â Pets
âą Dogs are allowed if they are on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on beds, furniture, or upstairs.
* Service animals are allowed. We would appreciate a heads up if you are bringing a service animal so we can prepare the cleaning team and prepare for the extra costs. NOTICE: Emotional Support animals are not Service animals.
#3 â No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
âą Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests
âą Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 â No Parties
âą Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!
#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
âą If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!
#7 - Check Out is 10AM
âą Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We canât stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.
#8 - Lights and Electronics
âą We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
