House is very nice and was very clean. There is still an issue with the Wi-Fi in the living room and kitchen area. The signal is very poor which I had mentioned during my last stay. Other than that, everything was functioning properly.

Property was nice however the state was marked by some maintenance issues. The tub shower combo in the only full bathroom did not drain properly when I got there and I was standing in water while showering as the tub did not drain. The Vacasa staff was very helpful and did come later that day and cleared that problem however, on my final day, the air conditioning stopped working Turned out that the drain line needed maintenance. So I had to wait for the AC technician to come and he did show up at 8:40 and did a maintenance and cleaned the line and the system was operating properly after having been off for about five hours. While I'm happy that the issues were resolved in a timely manner, having to wait for service people because I was there with my dog felt like I was taking care of my own house as opposed to being on a vacation in point of fact, I was in town to buy a house in the area and was lucky that I had the time to deal with these issues. Also, the Wi-Fi is connected to a very high speed, fiber Internet, however the signal in the front part of the house specifically, the kitchen and living room is so poor that the TV would sometimes disconnect or buffer and my laptop and phone or virtually useless when sitting in this area. I suspect that the main Wi-Fi access point is located on the other side of this duplex because when I was in the back in the master bedroom, the signal is excellent and the speeds were what you would expect with a one gigabyte fiber, connection.

Charming Sunroom Casita

The awesome: Close to everything and located in a safe area! The sunroom was delightful, the new appliances were a plus, the master bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a fenced-in yard. I also loved the interior paint color, it looked newly done. The wifi worked great.What needs work: Neither TV would connect to the internet so there was no ability to watch anything. I contacted VRBO twice and was told the local agent would contact me but never did. They should put an owner's/operational manual in the unit. The living room had a urine smell, perhaps the rug needs to be replaced or cleaned. The couch is hard as a rock. I don't know if it was old or poorly made. It should be noted that the furniture looks nice and is clean. Many kitchen items are due for a replacement, they were worn and in poor shape. The kitchen itself has been redone and is quite nice.The uncontrollable: The casita is a duplex, the person in the other unit smoked and it filtered into our side and it was gross. The unit backs to a main road that has streetlights that shine into the bedroom. A little tip... turn the blinds right side up and the light is not so bad. It is also very noisy if you have a sound machine, bring it!Housekeeping does a great job on the unit.
