This condo features a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, large smart TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, and a loft area.

Great location

Excellent location just steps from the beach! Comfortable condo with a great pool. Was nice to be able to bring our dog. Would recommend!

The pool was green and the elevator broke while we were there. Fire Department had to come to get the people out. It was out of service for the rest of our stay. The place was in a great location and the inside of our place was fine. The building overall seems to need some work.

We love this condo complex

This is the second time we've stayed in the complex and will definitely return! This particular unit was so nicely laid out that our family had plenty of room to relax (when we weren't on the beach, at the pool, or riding bikes through Amelia Plantation). The views were great from every window and all accommodations were comfortable.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful, lots of room (my teenage sons LOVED hanging out in the loft area) and very clean. The pool was also very nice and not far from the room. The beach took a little walking which was fine for me and the boys but my 70 yr old mom struggled a little. Overall this is the nicest vacation on the island we’ve had yet!

Family vacation

Great location, washer & dryer are brand new and came in handy all week. Make sure to bring your wine opener one of the only things the condo did not have. Swimming pool is a great bonus and is very well maintained. We hope to return to this area and would recommend this property if you are considering Amelia Island.

Perfect Getaway

Clean, quiet property. Property managers were easy to communicate with through out the stay. Would recommend bringing Apple TV or fire stick as there’s only ROKU and it was very confusing to use to figure out to get any channels (stayed during quarantine time). Top floor so be sure to be ready to do many many steps (great exercise) or wait on elevator (also not used during quarantine). Even though the beach closed the view was amazing and just hearing the ocean was enjoyable. Thank you!

I realized by looking at pictures that it was dated, but furniture (couch, chairs)was dingy and carpet was gross in master bedroom. I tried to vacuum, but it didn't work. Still, a great time!

The tv was a nightmare. You would be watching some thing and it would go off the air. The carpet.

Fix the tv's, get rid of streaming or whatever you call it. Carpets were fifthy.

Gorgeous view but needs to be updated

The view is spectacular as is the resort but, the house itself needs a deep cleaning and updating. The carpets were stained and buckled, several light bulbs were out. We took a pan out of the cupboard that someone previously had put back dirty. We had guests over for dinner and the chair outside they were sitting on collapsed and upon inspection the two chairs both had terribly rusted legs. The view and the resort location and grounds are lovely.

Beach and Tennis Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Amelia Island Plantation. We go a few times a year mostly for tennis and some golf and beach time. View was awesome, however the balcony was small and the outside furniture was two tiny chairs in bad condition. No maintenance issues. Furniture was dated, but acceptable. Unit was smaller than others we've rented in Shipwatch especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beachwalker bldg. was in great shape and pool area was very nice.

Spring break

Pool was closed for our entire stay ( no mention of this being a possibility when we booked ) Beachwalker 1180 was clean but needs new carpeting and an overhaul Construction cones outside of our door - concrete is all falling apart Condo itself is old and not as nice as others on the Plantation Will not stay here again No chairs or beach towels provided - never have run into this and when I asked they said VAcasa does not do this service . Well, they need to . Traveled to SiestaKey, Marco , Naples and other Amelia properties and all have provided this service .
