The Space

Rising Sun is a corner unit condo at Surf Club, an oceanfront resort community on the Palm Coast coastline between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. The wraparound balcony wraps two full sides of the condo, giving ocean views from nearly every room. The open floor plan is bathed in natural light, with new flooring throughout from a recent renovation.

A beach walkover just steps away leads to an uncrowded stretch of sand known for its coquina rock formations, walkable for miles in either direction, including all the way to Marineland. The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, with a dining table that seats up to six. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

Resort life is easy here: three swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball, a volleyball area, horseshoe pits, a fishing dock, a clubhouse with an outdoor deck, a library and reading room, and scenic walking paths to the Intracoastal Waterway are all included.
