This unique setup offers both togetherness and privacy, making it ideal for large groups, multifamily trips, or those traveling with in-laws. Both properties together can accommodate up to 14 guests. This is a spacious, lovingly restored, circa 1903 Queen Anne historic home and Carriage Guest House. It features original woodwork, high ceilings, designer finishes, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and comfy sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests.
â¶ Sleeping Arrangements:
The Main House and Guest House sleeps up to 14 with a mix of bedrooms, sofa beds and air mattress. Please review the layout to ensure it works for your group (see floor plans in photos).
â Main Home:
King primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has Queen bed and addl Queen trundle bed. Living Room has comfy King pullout sofa. Queen air mattress also available upon request.
â Cottage:
Open layout with plenty of room to spread out (see floor plans in photos). Queen size bed with addl pullout sofa bed. The sleeping and living area are tucked away at the end of a hallway with an arched, open entry (no door). At the opposite end of the hallway, you'll find the full kitchen. The bathroom is a separate, fully enclosed room located midway down the hall for added privacy.

This is a lovingly restored circa 1903 propertyâexpect a blend of old-world character and modern updates.
â Parking:
1 parking spot in driveway under carport in front of garage. Free street parking available. Spaces are usually easy to find, but availability can vary during events.
â Beach Access:
The home is a short drive (or a 4 block walk) to the Seawall and Galvestonâs beaches.
â Climate:
Galveston is humid and coastalâcentral air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided for your comfort in the main house. Cottage has a wall AC unit and fans.
â Pets:
We allow 2 pets for $25 per pet/night (dogs only - no puppies). Please be good pet parents and clean up after your pet. Any damage or waste left by your pet will result in an extra charge of $125 (minimum).
â Safety Features:
The two homes are equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
â Security Devices:
For your security the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (no cameras inside). Tampering, disabling or obscuring cameras is prohibited and against Vrbo Policies.
â Security Deposits:
A refundable security deposit (held, not charged) is required 2 days before check-in and is automatically released 2 days after checkout if no damages are reported. We use a secure, third-party service to handle the deposit processing.
