Located just east of Midtown, East Memphis provides the excitement of an active urban lifestyle in a lush suburban setting. East Memphis is home to multiple universities, including the University of Memphis and Christian Brothers University. Because of its proximity to downtown and university presence, East Memphis is a thriving business hub. It is also a shopping destination for many Memphis residents, with the Laurelwood Shopping Center, the Eastgate Shopping Center, and Oak Court Mall located in the neighborhood.
East Memphis is flanked by two sprawling parksâOverton Park on the northwest side and Shelby Farms Park on the northeast side. Both parks feature numerous recreational amenities for residents to enjoy, from the Overton Park Limestone Running Trail to the Shelby Farms Dog Park and much more.
East Memphis is also home to the Children's Museum of Memphis, Pink Palace Museum, Memphis Botanic Garden, and the Memphis Fairgrounds.

Youâre welcome to use these shared amenities freely during your stay (subject to any posted hours or rules).
This is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, thoughtfully arranged to give guests flexibility and comfort.
Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 â Set up as cozy sleeping spaces, each with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and ample closet space.
Office â One bedroom is furnished as a quiet office with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or study.
Flex Room â The fourth bedroom is currently left empty, providing open space for luggage, yoga, or other uses.
If you need extra sleeping arrangements, additional bedrooms can be set up for an extra feeâjust let us know in advance so we can prepare.
The home also features a bright living area, a modern kitchen with full appliances, and two clean, well-appointed bathrooms, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

This is a 4 bedroom apartment however we set it up differently. There are 2 rooms set up as bedrooms, 1 is set up as an office and the final 1 is empty. we can add additional beds for an additional cost.
Pet Policy:
- We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation.
- No aggressive breeds.
- Weight Limit 50Lb.
- We will charge a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 (one time charge)
- We reserve the right to decline pets that may not be a good fit for the community.
Mid-Term Stay Prep:
We are a mid-term housing company, though we occasionally offer short-term stays. If
youâve booked a short stay at a great rate, weâre happy to host you! However, please note:
ï· This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries
(one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag).
Please keep this in mind and bring your own toiletries when you come.
Maintenance Access:
ï· Annual Preventive Maintenance: Some properties have scheduled checks for
smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc. We will notify you in advance if access is
needed.
ï· Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g., water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the
unit.
Occupants & Guest Policy:
ï· The main occupant must be listed on the reservation.
ï· The reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets.
Mailbox Access:
ï· Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed.
ï· Processing time: It can take up to 24 business hours to be submitted to the
property.
ï· A refundable key deposit is required (amount: $35). This will be returned when the
key is returned.
Community Guidelines:
ï· Respect shared spaces & amenities.
ï· Keep noise levels low during late hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all
residents.
ï· Dispose of garbage & recycling properly in designated areas to maintain
cleanliness.
