This gem is located in the Horizon South Resort on the quiet west-end of Panama City Beach. It is approx. 350 steps, a quick 4-minute stroll, to the beautiful white sandy beaches and close to all of the amazing amenities! There are 4 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, mini-golf, shuffle board and much more! In addition, High Tide Haven is close to Pier Park, 30A and multiple restaurants & shops!

Plus, a short 10-minute drive will land you at entertainment hotspots such as Gulf World Marine Park, SkyWheel, and Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure.

But before you set off on your adventure, take the time to settle into our humble abode. Simple, snazzy, and supremely convenient, our home comes fully loaded with everything you need for a fabulous stay. Stretch out on the cushy couch for laid back evenings reading your favorite book or streaming on your devices. Brew a fresh cuppa from our complimentary coffee bar, packed with aromatic tea and coffee just waiting to kick-start your day. And the icing on the cake? ✓ Household Amenities: Our home is designed with your needs in mind, providing hangers, cleaning supplies, iron & ironing board, and laundry facilities that include a washer, dryer and laundry detergent.

✓ Parking: Put parking worries aside with space for 2 vehicles next to our property. Parking passes to be purchased at main office.

- Check-in time begins at 4 pm, facilitating a seamless initiation of your stay.

- Ensure a smooth departure process with a checkout time set at 10 am.

- We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere by refraining from hosting parties or inviting additional guests.

PARKING & WRISTBAND REQUIREMENT:
Upon arrival at Horizon South all guests are required to register with Property Management and purchase a VEHICLE PARKING PASS (maximum 2) for each vehicle and WRISTBANDS for all guests 6 years and older. These must be purchased from Property Management in the main office located inside the large building by the pools. Enter the office and someone will assist you at the registration window. The office is open daily from 8:00 AM CST to 4:00 PM CST. You may visit the office on your second day of stay.

WRISTBANDS and PARKING PASS REQUIREMENT: A wristband must be worn by everyone while on the premises, this includes all owners, renters, and guests 6 years of age and older. The guest cost for each wristband is $20.00. Every vehicle on the premises must purchase and display a VEHICLE PARKING PASS. The cost for each parking pass is $25.00 per vehicle (Maximum two vehicles) not to exceed 10 days. An Extended Stay Guest will pay $25.00 per 10-day period with a maximum of $50.00 per six (6)month period. Parking Placards shall identify Unit # and the expiration date. (Debit or credit card only/cash not accepted).
