Just a few blocks from the all the action in the heart of downtown St Pete near parks, restaurants, shops, gyms, the St. Pete Pier, downtown and the Bay all an easy walk away. Equipped with everything you need for a short term or long term stay - an office desk, fast wifi, shared coin-operated laundry on premises and same day wash/dry/fold laundry nearby and a fully stocked kitchen.
When you walk in you will be welcomed with a cozy living room including a smart TV and bluetooth shower speaker. To the right are two bedrooms, each with high end matresses and pillows for the best quality sleep. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the other a full bed. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet. To the left is a bathroom with a huge shower and bluetooth speaker. The kitchen, in the back of the apartment, has everything you need for a short term stay including a 2 burner cooktop, a normal-sized fridge, coffee and tea pot, a convection micorwave, toaster oven, and open shelving with everything to cook a basic meal.
You have access to the entire apartment. Your unit will have a combo lock box.
You can access the property from the front of the home or the back ally, which is recommended since there is a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle. Additional free street parking on the street. There is a small common area with an open pergola, grill, outdoor seating and bistro lights.
Located in the heart of amazing Downtown St Petersburg - voted consistently as one of the best places to live in America! Only 5 blocks from bustling Central Ave, in Historic Old Northeast, 8 blocks to the pristine waters of St Pete Pier and the iconic Vinoy Hotel. Minutes walk from all the top food and beverages, museums and entertainment. If you are a Rays fan, Tropicana is walking distance as are 3 major hospitals and manor employers if you are visiting for work.
