After a few exterior steps, you are first greeted on the main floor with the spacious living area, but also have an additional entertainment space in the converted garage- with a dining table, smart TV, extra refrigerator, and games! NO PETS allowed. NO Smoking. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.

For use of community amenities: $225 one time fee Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2000. VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO.
