This home is located in a more mix used commercial/residential zone. You can walk to all the breweries on West Temple that are half a block away. There is a freeway/Wall across the street from my property and you can hear the gentle buzz of the freeway /highway noise but it’s a solid brick home with new windows and it’s not over-the-top annoying or anything like that you should just be aware

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
