You are booking the whole house and gorgeous backyard space. You get the whole front house and yard space in back is for you to use (though we do have a 1959 Airstream partitioned off and rented separately and you may share hot tub area (if it’s rented at same time)

You can take `Insta` pics in front of the custom SLC Airstream Mural! Plus you have access to use the private hot tub. (Must agree to the hot tub rules use).

You can also grill food outside on the grill area (Available seasonally only and you also need to follow the terms of use)

The whole house is your private space (non-shared) and is 2 bed 1 bath. Each bedroom has a king-size bed.

The living room has a very high-quality sleeper sofa. That’s easy to pull out and it’s a queen size. This is not your grandmother’s spring loaded sleeper sofa. This is an $8500 sleeper sofa. It’s very important that you treat it right do not eat food on it do not stain it. Do not wear your shoes on it and do not allow pets on it. Please keep it nice so we don’t have to charge you.🙏

There’s also a small mattress caught folded out in one of the main bedrooms in the closet and a toddler can sleep on that which would be the seventh person sleeping arrangement. It’s more ideal situated for six or less adults.

Chad, Chad`s friend, or another Airbnb guest may possibly be occupying the private airstream travel trailer on the property as well.

If you wish to also reserve the Airstream travel trailer so that there’s no chance of anyone else being on site when you come you can certainly inquire about that. If you inquire ahead of time. Link to our listing that includes the entire property, including the Airstream, which will give you another spot to sleep with two more twin bed inside plus another kitchen and another bathroom and quite frankly a very cool and unique 1959 nostalgic experience. This is not guaranteed to be available during the date that you’re coming. You would need to check ahead of time however if you have already booked this listing and you decide you would like to see you could always reach out and we might be able to your stay for an additional fee.

You agree to NOT move furniture around. There is a $75 charge assessed if you have repositioned the furniture with exception of the coffee table, which can be gently picked up and move it out of the way when you’re pulling out the sofa bed. The floors will scratch easily if you try to rearrange the furniture as it is super heavy and high-quality, and the wood floors are refinished hardwood.

Right bay if the garage is yours (left is for the airstream guest) shared garage. The airstream guests are clearly instructed to park in front of the left hand garage door. You MUST park in the garage and not just on the driveway so you don’t block access in and out.

Or your vehicle won’t fit in garage, you will need to park out on the street in front of the house. Please 🙏 DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVE-WAY.

You may be welcome to hold events on the property with pre-approval and additional fees. Great birthday spot!

Personal hot tub company comes regularly!!!!!!!!

You will have access to the entire single-family house. You do not share the house with anybody. You will have access to the right side of the garage only. You will be provided a code to open the right-side garage door. It is the deeper of the two sides. The owner Chad, Chad`s friend, or another Airbnb guest may possibly be occupying the private airstream travel trailer on the premises as well, but the house spaces are all yours :)

81” tall, 95” wide, 21’ deep. My Toyota Tundra fits in this garage but I have to tuck in my mirrors and be very careful going in and out.

You will have access to the front yard with a cute picnic table and umbrella, and the front porch. The space is designated as your own space not shared with anybody else.

In the backyard, there’s a back patio and deck with a table, chairs, umbrella, and fire pit.

At the back of the property in the corner, you will see a gorgeous gazebo with lights, nice landscaping around, and a brand new hot tub that is your space to enjoy as well. Be aware that this is available for your use but we ask for you to messages before you use it.

We are close by and are active hosts, but we also give our guests space. We may occasionally be in the yard, on-site, caring for the communal space. We are usually reachable during regular hours and are quick to reply most the time. Our place is a `self checkin` property and by booking you are expressing your willingness and your ability to follow the self checkin guide instructions provided by your host!

This location is amazing it’s very central and easy to get to the I 15 freeway to walk to the century 16 movie theaters and many restaurants, and it’s quick to get to downtown or the ski resorts. It’s also in the city and it’s right next to a gas station. The road is a little busier so you can definitely her some street traffic with a gentle buzz.
Because of the gas station being next-door there is a lot of foot traffic walking on the sidewalk in front of the property. It is fully fenced with a gate and you will be provided a code and the entire property is secured with cameras. We have never had any trouble or anything left but we recommend keeping the gate closed when you’re not there in order to help prevent crime of opportunity.

Uber/Lyft, Bus 33 Green Line super close (steps away), Scooters. There are many restaurants. Trax Millcreek station is .9 miles away.

Late night munchies? Please be aware that the main road we are situated on is a semi-busy road. You will hear some street traffic at different hours. We are adjacent to a popular gas station/car wash and minimart that has been completely renovated and updated and has lots of candy, grocery items, ice cream… things including food treats snacks toiletries and other essentials right next-door.

Please don’t eat in bedrooms.

Dog? We allow (1) small dog (under 35 lbs) and you agree to: $25/night per fee added to booking total. Zero impact pet policy (meaning you will leave not sign a dog was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow dogs in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your dog. Your dog will go outside on a leash only to the front yard. Your dog should fit in the kennel/crate we have in the garage for your use. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and they are not allowed on any rugs. We keep them out of the bedrooms. If you are bringing your dog you are expected to leave your dog in the kennel when you depart so that it cannot roam the house alone.

The entire property is fully fenced!

We do have several exterior cameras on this property we have one on the front door, we have one on the driveway, we have one on the back north east corner of the house looking at the backyard and the airstream and we have another at the back of the garage. We also have one inside the garage. All of these cameras are motion activated and they are for the protection of the property and everybody safety. They must not be tampered with or repositioned and if you do so you’ll be asked to leave and will not be given a refund. The cameras record audio and video. Of course, we have no cameras inside the property whatsoever.

Events: Occasionally we do have guests who ask if they can have a birthday party at the house, a family reunion, even a wedding.

We do allow small events and you are responsible for catering and for cleanup in the yard fully. You are welcome to bring tables and chairs in the backyard has big open areas and of course the hot tub, the deck, a Grill, it’s really a great little spot.

We charge an additional one time fee of $150 to hold any type of an event and you promise that you will not allow more than the maximum 8 people in the house at any give time.

You also will not allow more than five people to sleep inside the house overnight.

The owner does frequently come to the property and work on the grounds in the outside, access the storage area in the back of the garage, and balances the chemicals of the hot tub to make sure everything is nice for guests. If you see the owner on the property you can say hello but we try to provide you as much privacy as you would like.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

It’s a little gem of a property in a bit of a rough neighborhood of SLC. Host was helpful and kind, but response time varied. Would recommend parking inside the gate if you can.

Hey Fred, it’s nice to speak with you on the phone. I’m glad that you had a really nice day and I understand that you decided to leave a four star review which is definitely outside of the normal for our property due to the fact that there was some domestic violence thing that happened nearby in the apartments that are adjacent to our property. I can assure you and everyone that we’ve never had any problems with safety or theft or any issues in the over three years that we’ve been hosting here Salt Lake City is generally a very clean and safe city as compared to most cities. For the peace of mind of everyone we do have exterior security cameras, and it’s fully fenced and gated having said that we respect your right to post the review as you did and we would love to have you back anytime.
