The perfect house for our large group! Big open kitchen and living areas, plenty of space for 9 adults, and had everything we needed and didn't know we needed. Would certainly stay again if we're back in the area!

This was an amazing stay. We had a wonderful time and the host was great, and so was the view! We will definitely come back! Being close to the town was helpful to for pizza and food. Overall couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better host!

I can't count how many houses I have rented and this was the best one ever. I have rented larger, more expensive ones, but what sets this one apart was the attention to detail and service.They supplied so much more than anywhere else. There were smores skewers, bug spray, detergent, and everything you could think of. Great job and thank you!

The house was beautiful and spacious! We had a bachelorette trip with 15 girls and there was plenty of parking, sleeping space, and it was located within minutes of everything we wanted to do. The view from the house was gorgeous and we spent a lot of the time in the yard and in the water and hanging by the dock. Michael was an excellent host and made sure that we had all of the accommodations we needed. The pictures perfectly represent the home and what you'll get.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The house was wonderful with a beautiful view of the lake and super easy access to get right out on the ice. It had everything we needed and more — they truly thought of all the details. The recent remodel is beautifully done, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The game room in the garage was perfect for hanging out and playing games at night — such a fun bonus space! It was the perfect spot for our couples ice fishing trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

Michael is a great host and the property was as advertised. Beautiful views of the lake, well appointed. We utilize the property for a family Christmas weekend and the kids loved the hot tub. Everything is new and the kitchen is ready for cooking and entertaining as we did. Kids also loved the game room complete with ping-pong and foosball. Great stay.

Enjoyed all the space we had, room for 12 to all eat together, game room was a big hit. House had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the lake, enjoyed the hot tub, wanted to use the great fire pit but was just too cold (hopefully next time).We highly recommend this place, already booking for next year.

We had the most amazing time. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Every need and detail was meet. Immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, the whole home had a very cozy feel. We would highly recommend this place. Would love to stay there again!

The property was tremendous. On the bank of Houghton lake, the property was exactly as described and perfect for my family reunion. It had everything we needed. And the game room was a tremendous hit with my grandchildren. The home was immaculate and kitchen was well stocked.Our host, Michael was very responsive to any requests and was genuinely concerned that we had a good time. He helped me find a pontoon boat rental for multiple days. He made sure they knew where to deliver the pontoon boat, A day or two after we arrived, I mentioned to Michael that the electric beater in the kitchen was stripped (apparently, one of the previous guests had overloaded it). I want to make sure he was aware of it so he could address before the next guests arrived. Instead, a few hour or two later Michael dropped off a brand new beater. He just wanted to make sure we were having a good experience. So... If you are looking for a great property on Houghton Lake, that is cleaned and well-stocked, and is owned by a caring host, then this is the place for you!

The property was clean and ready for use. All amenities mentioned were available including those in the kitchen and some childrens toys and books.Beds are comfortable. Playroom was a hit for the cloudy, windy day plus other time for adults and children. This place worked well for the family of 10 that came together from three locations. The hot tub was a good unit and was enjoyed by several on more than one occasion. The lot is fenced and safe for young children. The host is great, easy to talk with an deal with upon arrival. The property is good but it still needs some TLC, like oiling door hinges, installing more towel racks in all bathrooms. This may not be enough to stop from using it again though. Thanks.
