We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. For three friends and two dogs, the layout suited everyone. There was plenty of couches in the living room and a bright cheery sun filled area to have breakfast. If you have mobility issues, the steps to the second floor may not be for you. Luckily one in our party felt comfortable with the parking space which is very narrow and hard to navigate

Our 10-day girls' trip was awesome. We stayed for our entire trip at the Spacious Modern Luxury Duplex near Boston & Cambridge in Everett, MA. The location was perfect for downtown Boston activities and our travels to New Hampshire, Vermont, Salem, and Nantucket. Walid, our Premier Host, was so attentive. He checked on us and responded quickly to all our questions about great restaurants.There is so much to do in this area around the fall foliage time. We had a beautiful, colorful fall drive to Mount Washington, NH, and took the Cog Railway to the top of the mountain. We also had a colorful fall drive to Stowe, VT, and took the Gondola Sky ride to the top for a breathtaking view of the surrounding fall foliage. We took a train ride to Salem and had a fun-filled day. (Don't drive to Salem - very limited parking) It was worth the time to drive to Hyannis to catch the Hy-Line Fast Cruise to Nantucket Island. (One-hour boat ride) Nantucket was a charming island. Be sure to get homemade ice cream at the Juice Bar!We spent five days in the Boston area, and still there was so much more to do. Highlights: Boston Commons/Public Gardens (Underground parking is available)JFK Presidential Library, Hop-on/Hop-off bus tour of the city, walking the Freedom Trail, Boston Public Library (It's a must!), Trinity Church, and Cheers!Restaurants: Row 34 for Lobster Rolls, La Famiglia Giorgio, and Peach Farm in Chinatown. Highly recommend this location: Paula, Sherry & Linda

Perfect in every way!

Location from Boston commons was about 15 minutes (no traffic) The house was INCREDIBLY CLEAN! Our family of 5 (adult children) were comfortable and had plenty of space. We didn’t use the kitchen but again, it was spotless and inviting. I highly recommend this home and we travel A LOT!

Nice place to stay

This rental was very clean and as described. The furniture was comfortable and the appliances we used worked well. There is room in the driveway for 2 cars but probably could fit 3 without blocking the sidewalk. Be careful parking in the street on Thursdays. One of our cars got towed. We would stay there again as the only real problem was not knowing about the parking laws. Have Fun

Great experience in the enclaves of Boston

We stayed in Everett to be close to Chelsea and Revere - near my parents childhood homes. I appreciated my children getting to experience a bit of what city life in Boston is like. Wally was very responsive and we had everything we needed. All bedrooms are upstairs which was a slight challenge for my mother but the children loved it. The drive way was pretty narrow for our mini van but we managed. Overall a good choice. Thank you Wally!
