Delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bath house minutes from LSU and the State Capital

I do hate that you wrote such a nasty response. I must reply as I would hate for anyone to think this one complaint true. There were no mouse droppings anywhere. You sent pictures of the things that were an issue and there was not 1 picture of a mouse dropping. The property manager videotaped his entry into the home after you left showing the entire property and there was not one dropping of any sort. No other person that has stayed there has had a complaint and we have been listing the property 4 months. There is a property manager, cleaning company, and grounds crew that comes to care for the property. The unique feature to a rental with us beyond 2 days is that the cleaning crew comes by to refresh and clean the property during your stay. We offered to come and check the property and remedy any complaint. You declined. While we take any complaint as an opportunity to improve, there has to be factual data present for us to address. The property is not uninhabitable. There were no mouse droppings. We welcome you to come back, because we want to ensure all customers are satisfied. I do believe the platform refunded you for the entire week you booked with the exception of that one night. I do believe your late check in was around or after 11pm. Also, I actually made a trip down to stay at my property after your complaint. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed. It was much better than a hotel stay!
