Fabuleuse maison de plage du Golfe nouvellement construite avec piscine privée chauffée, jacuzzi et vue imprenable sur le golfe!

Situ��e directement sur la plage du golfe du Mexique, cette grande maison présente un agencement de maison de plage parfait, avec de nombreux espaces de vie intérieurs et extérieurs! Il y a 5 chambres, dont 4 avec salle de bains privée et une chambre avec lits superposés avec 4 lits superposés. Cette maison dispose également de près de 2000 pieds carr����s de ponts, y compris des terrasses, des porches couverts et même un porche avec moustiquaire, qui offrent toutes une vue magnifique sur le golfe.

La cuisine a été conçue pour votre famille ou votre groupe. Il y a 2 fours dans l’îlot central, un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière, 2 lave-vaisselle et un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons. Il y a un grand garde-manger et une péninsule de cuisine pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

La salle à manger a un banc intégré, avec une table pour 10 personnes, avec de la place suppl��mentaire.

Sous cette maison sur la plage sur��levée se trouve un espace de loisirs supplémentaire, comprenant une piscine privée chauffée et un jacuzzi. La piscine est chauffée d'avril �� octobre. Il y a une douche extérieure, une station de d��coupe de poisson, des jeux extérieurs, un chariot de plage et des chaises de plage à emporter au bord de l'eau. Des hamacs et des jeux de plein air à jouer, pour tous les goûts.

Cette maison neuve sera disponible pour les locations à partir du 31 mars 2018 et les réservations peuvent être placées maintenant. Nous ajouterons des images supplémentaires, le cas échéant, mais les images extérieures, l��élévation et le plan d��étage sont maintenant disponibles. Cette maison sera l'une de nos locations de vacances les plus populaires, alors veuillez placer vos réservations rapidement!

Great vacation home

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. Our family was pleased with how clean and fully stocked everything was during our stay. We loved the pool, hot tub and the very short walk to the beach. Having the chairs, beach wagon, sand toys and kites made it easy for us to do all we wanted while at the home!

Amazing vacation

We are ready to book this place for next year. The house was gorgeous, the proximity to the beach was wonderful, the pool was perfect and we had a wonderful time. The only issue we had were red ants in some of the bedrooms, the laundry room and living room.

Outstanding house with great gulf views

Property is the best we have rented in the gulf for a decade now. We have mainly stayed at Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan but want to try Dauphin Island and am glad we did. Hot tub and pool are a big plus and house has outstanding amenities. Biggest downfall was the internet. We could not get the modem to work for two days but on Monday morning another reboot got the internet access to work. We did have to reboot it at least twice a day to keep it working. A couple of soft spots on the floors and waffle iron that didn’t work round off the minor issues we had. Would definitely rent this home again.

Nice amenities but house needs help.

It was a pretty decent stay but of course we had problems. The biggest thing was the sliding glass door in the living room did not lock. 1 of the 2 dishwashers didn't work. We found mold growing on the wall. There was splatters of some food on the wall in the kitchen when we got there. We did let them know and the said they were going to come out to look at the stuff we were complaining about but no one ever came out.. They tout themselves as being a house for big families but the ceramic cook top was not big enough to cook for big families and the double ovens are small. Over all as the title says the amenities are nice. The pool, hot tub, and being on the beach is nice but we will not be going back to that house for future vacations.

I do see where you reached out to us. I truly apologize if no one came, it would have been a complete oversight for that to happen. This house is closed off every year during the winter months for general upkeep. Your feedback has been reported and assigned to maintenance.

Great Property!! But double check your dates with management and the owner!!

Property management was responsive and great! Property owner (NOT property management) decided to use property during our rented week three days into our stay. This was ultimately resolved between the owner and property management company but stressful. Property itself was a great layout and location with fully stocked kitchen and everything was labelled as to where items were stored and light switches as well. The vents had mildew /mold which I cleaned standing on a ladder bc it bothered our allergies and asthma. I think there were 6 or 7 ceiling vents that were cleaned. Pool with jacuzzi was great feature to enjoy after being on the beach to cool off and very much enjoyed by the kids. I think our conflict with booking was a rare event but it did dampen our stay for a while until it was resolved. Never have had this experience before with a rental through VRBO.

Huge house

The house was huge. Had everything in kitchen that was needed. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds and furniture. One bathroom was being worked on which was a bummer for the people staying in that room. Wish they would of had it functioning. (Or offered some compensation for that). We were told 2 hours before arrival. The owner doesn’t allow heated pool. I was willing to pay double the going rate for it. And the hot tub isn’t heated. Who has a hot tub that is cold? Showers didn’t have much pressure so getting shampoo out of hair was challenging. Would I stay there again? No we wouldn’t. Beautiful home but the owners aren’t easy or friendly to work with. Why have such a beautiful home and rent it out but not be willing to work with the renters who are paying top dollar! Management company wanted to help but couldn’t. Thank you for the friendly conversations.

Thank you so much for staying with us. Please know that any guest works through us and not through the property owners. The owners are pleasant people. Like any property owner in our program, they choose the policies for their home regarding the use of amenities and should be respected, particularly given that the limitations on the pool and hot tub heating are explicitly stated in the property description. A request to heat the pool was made 2 days prior to arrival, we simply could not accommodate per the policy. We do indeed want to make all of our guests happy and feel like you knew that about us, but would also hope for understanding for both us and owner in this scenario. The perfect house

7 adults, one 3 year old and a 7 month old. Very short walk to beach. Kitchen was the most well-stocked I’ve ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes. Baby items such as forks, spoons, sippy cups, high chair, pack and play. Plenty of room for several adults and children. Comfortable beds. The deck and screened in porch was wonderful, as was the heated pool/spa. An abundance of water toys, extra coolers, and a beach cart all came in handy. The management company was very communicative and responsive. The only issues we had was one door not locking (which we never felt unsafe on the island) and one dishwasher not working as well aa the hot water heater having one element burned out. However we staggered showers and made it fine and didn’t really need the extra dishwasher. They came and looked at it but had to call a professional repairman so it wasn’t fixed before we left. Even with those things I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It’s definitely everything our family needed to have a comfortable stay. We rented our own beach chairs. There were a couple of extras at the house but I would recommend renting or taking your own.

The location of this property is fantastic! The walk to the beach is only 2 minutes. The layout of the house is wonderful. There was plenty of room in all the rooms. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked beyond expectation (blender, crock pot, coffee pot, keurig, baking dishes of all sizes, etc.). The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Some pool toys were provided and the wagon was great for lugging our stuff to the beach. The covered deck was nice to still be outside even when it drizzled. We brought our cornhole boards and they fit on the deck, which was nice when it rained so we could still play. We have nothing to leave a complaint nor suggestion about to make the stay better. :) While we tend to not vacation in the same spot more than once, if we did decide to do so, we would definitely stay here!

AMAZING BEACH RENTAL!!

Blessed at the Beach is a gorgeous beach rental home just a very short walk to the beach & water. (And I mean like a 90 second walk to the beach!) We had 6 adults (3 couples), and plenty of room for a lot more! The kitchen had everything we needed to socially distance and cook all our meals with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and plenty of counter space for us all to pitch in. We brought beach chairs and an umbrella, but there were some available for use in the storage closet that have been left by previous guests. The home owner also has a couple small coolers in the kitchen pantry that can be used and returned when finished. Five ⭐️ for the pool and jacuzzi! We had one good weather day (pre-Hurricane Zeta) that we spent at the beach, then came back and ended our fun day at the pool. We spent the evening in the jacuzzi winding down, and it was perfect! The property management company was extremely responsive to all of our questions (and a few minor concerns), and really went above and beyond checking on us as we rode out Hurricane Zeta on the island in the home. (Thank you Dee & Terry!!) And let me say, it is a solid built house! Wind gusts up to 60+ mph, with sustained winds of 40+ mph for hours, and we felt very safe the whole time! We would DEFINITELY book this property again...just maybe not during hurricane season 😬 Thank you to the owners for sharing this beauty! You can tell the love and thought that went into this home to make it just that, a home, for anyone that rents it!

Family Vacation

The home was immaculate and beautiful!! We had 11 in our party and the way the bedrooms all had full size bathrooms was perfect! The porches were breezy and relaxing! We loved the furniture on them! The beds were all comfortable! The kitchen was the most thoroughly stocked kitchen we’ve ever at the beach! The baby items were very helpful! The pool was large and great! We were so blessed at the beach that we will be back!

House Is beautiful. "Blessed at the Beach" is the perfect name. This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It was not long enough. All you need is your food, swimsuit, and beach chairs. Great vacation home. We enjoyed our visit and are planning out next trip.
