• Dock: Approx. 70’ dock (installed about May 1–October 1).
• Depth: About waist-deep at the end of the dock (varies with water levels).
• Boats: Tie your boat to the mooring buoy set in at least 36" of water (suitable for many deep-V drafts).
• Kids: Gentle depth drop-off makes it easy to swim and play right off the dock.
