This condo was perfect as our home base for exploring all that Traverse City has to offer. It's within walking distance of downtown and near the water. The wineries on both peninsulas are pleasant drives away. The condo was very comfortable and clean.

Great location! Easy to walk to downtown area and very spacious unit. Loved that their was a park nearby as a young family as well. Hosts were great/easy communicators as well. Only downside is the walls were a little thin it felt like so quite easy to hear neighbors and the unit did have a little wear and tear (e.g., floors were a bit worn, bathroom fans didn't seem to work fully) but overall a good spot with a parking spot to go with it!

Spent three nights. The property was very clean, just as described and very roomy. Very close to downtown, which is a big plus. Would recommend.

Close and convenient!

Close to all the spots we usually visit when we are here which made for a really convenient weekend! Clean, easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking! Best of all, the place was MUCH larger than the picture depicted!

John and Amanda are amazing hosts! Everything as described and they are so easy to communicate with! Fabulous time away and would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends! Easy walking to food and shops and great location to visit the dunes and Frankfort!

Lengthy stay

Property owners John and his wife were amazing to work with.We reached out with a unique need and they accommodated us very well.We had several weeks we needed to stay and last minute added some additional days-all went very smoothly.We reached out with a couple of maintenance concerns and he acknowledged and addressed them.Thank you for all of your help!Jennifer and family

Family Weekend

We had a great time visiting with family. Staying in this condo made it even more enjoyable. It was very clean. There was more than enough room for all of us. We were close enough to downtown Traverse City that we could walk everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property manager, John, answered all of my questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

This condo is very spacious. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is large and nicely equipped. Great location for families with children. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to a playground. Also, close to downtown Traverse City. The owner was very helpful.

Spacious, well stocked, and clean

We had lots of space and especially appreciated the counter space in the bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The whole place was spotless and we received very clear check in and check out instructions. Apartment is very close to downtown and many restaurants and just a short walk to the bay. The only issue we had was getting around the nearby road construction.

Perfect Weekend Stay!!

We absolutely loved our visit in TC and this condo was the perfect. It was so clean and exactly what we expected from the pictures and info listed. We were surprised how spacious it was and to find a 2bedroom was difficult without having someone on a pull out couch. This two bedroom condo was perfect! Check in and out was super easy and the hosts were available if we needed anything. Our room was ready hours prior to check in which was awesome! It is walking distance to downtown and very convenient. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

Wonderful Condo

Condo is very nice, clean and super convenient to downtown with parking Comfortable beds and seating. Nice bathrooms. Dishwasher is usable but needs an update. Full kitchen necessities except for plastic wrap or aluminum foil; either would have been welcome for leftovers. Would definitely return!

Special visit to Traverse City

This trip included an out-of-town friend, and I wanted a special place to stay where we could visit and hang out between outings. The condo is lovely, well decorated and had all the amenities we could hope for. Unfortunately, the neighbors/renters in the unit above ignored the posted rules regarding quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am and felt it was just fine to party until about 1 or 2 in the morning. Very disturbing and makes me reluctant to consider returning or recommending this complex to friends.
