The luxurious primary suite is also on this level, featuring a gas fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-like en-suite with dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and heated floors. A stylish half bath completes this level, along with access to the front-entry patio featuring outdoor seating and a grill.
Head downstairs to a spacious den with TV and comfy seating, plus a chic bar/lounge room stocked with ample glassware for easy entertaining. The bunk room includes two twin-over-twin bunks and offers direct access to the hot tub patio. Guest Bedroom 1 also has patio access and a TV, while a full bathroom off the den serves both rooms. Guest Bedroom 2 provides extra privacy with a TV and its own en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower. The laundry room is also located on this level.
The heated garage doubles as an entertainment area, complete with a ping pong/beer pong combo table, and offers parking for one vehicle. The driveway provides space for up to three additional cars.
