The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with attached half bath, while the second bedroom doubles as a productive workspace with a sit/stand desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair—perfect for remote work or checking in on emails before heading out to explore.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the patio, complete with a cantilever umbrella, comfy seating, and blooming flower gardens in the spring and summer. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches like a combined washer/dryer unit and a stylishly updated kitchen and living area that make your stay both easy and enjoyable. • Street parking ONLY
• The washer & dryer is combined in one unit. Please note that it only steam dries and takes a while to dry clothes. Use the drying rack if you are worried about something shrinking.
• Due to windy conditions, the patio furniture is locked with a cable lock. The key is located on the ledge by the front door. Please lock the furniture before you depart.
• On the living room ceiling fan remote, 1 is high and 6 is low
• There is a tankless water heater; water pressure and temperature may be uneven if you are using too many water sources at once.
• The bedroom lamps have contactless charging on the base of the lamp, as well as USB plug ins.
• $100 for lost or damaged parking pass
• The wood-burning fireplace on site is NON-OPERATIONAL. Do not attempt to light a fire in this fireplace.
• Please clean up the countertops immediately to avoid staining the white quartz countertops.
