The home features travertine floors, a spacious master bath, 2 Smart TVs, and central AC. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio with greenbelt views. With a detached garage, resort-style amenities, and a location minutes to downtown, this monthly rental offers a comfortable retreat for work, play, or relaxation in the desert.
Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, Sunrise Alejo Hideaway combines privacy with convenience. The living room and primary suite both open onto a private patio, where views of the landscaped greenbelt create a tranquil setting.
Inside, the home is finished with travertine tile throughout and neutral tones for a clean, modern look. The living room has a 65â Google TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, and essential cookware, and a coffee machine that works for both Keurig and drip coffee.
The primary suite includes a large, updated bathroom, while the guest bedroom has access to a second full bath. Central AC and heating, ceiling fans, 58â Roku TV, and WiFi make the home well-suited for extended stays. Laundry includes a dryer and washer hookup.
Guests also enjoy a private one-car garage and access to the Sunrise Alejo communityâs shared amenities: three heated pools, three spas, tennis, and pickleball courts, all set among mountain views and manicured grounds.
Guests will have access to the entire condo. There will be no one else inside the unit during your stay. As this is part of a shared community, you may occasionally see maintenance staff, gardeners, or pool service in the common areas.

The area is quiet and residential, making it an ideal home base for both relaxation and exploration.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
HOA rules apply, including quiet hours at night. Community amenities are shared with neighbors. Garage parking is available, though larger vehicles may not fit clearance.
All monthly stays include a required mid-stay cleaning by our professional team, ensuring fresh linens and a well-kept home.
Dogs may be considered with prior approval, flea prevention, and an additional fee. Unauthorized pets may result in charges up to $1,000 and/or eviction.
Please note this condo is located within a non-smoking community. There is no smoking of any substance allowed in the home, private courtyard, or community grounds. Any fines incurred will be owed by guests, for a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the propertyâs recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party
- Tampering with pool equipment that causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs will be billable to your party.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
- Utilities are included up to the propertyâs recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
PALM SPRINGS RULES & REGULATIONS
- Do not create excessive noise, disturbances or traffic, or engage in disorderly conduct (including parties).
- Amplified music is not allowed outside AT ANY TIME (including mobile phones on `speakerphone`). Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). IF YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR MUSIC, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY ORDINANCE. The minimum citation is $1,000.
- Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period is one way to get a citation.
- Night time hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember PS neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
- Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize the driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access.
- Palm Springs requires that all dogs be on a leash whenever they are outside, except in the Cityâs Dog Park. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pet, failure to do so will incur additional costs at check out.
- Please do not store trash and refuse within public view except in proper containers for collection. Please do not leave trash or recycling at the curb..
A call from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. City code enforcement officers may issue you a $1,000+ citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. Please keep in mind that you may be cited and/or fined by the City, or even evicted by the owner, for creating a disturbance or for violating other provisions of the Cityâs Vacation Rental Ordinance. The surrounding neighbors have been given a 24-hour number to CALL should they need to file a complaint.

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
Pets
Dogs must be leashed outdoors; please clean up after them.
Pets cannot be left unattended or allowed to bark excessively.
No pets are allowed in the pool or spa areas.
Trash & Outdoor Use
Bag trash securely and place it out the night before pickup.
Store bins out of sight after collection.
Use propane, gas, or electric BBQs only â no wood-burning fire pits.
Keep patios tidy and free of clutter.
Clothes and towels may not be hung or visible from common areas.
Common Areas
Enjoy greenbelts and walkways quietly â no loud play, bikes, or scooters.
