Casa Cocoa is as rich as its name suggests. Strategically situated in the only gated community in the area, offers you convenience and privacy. It is impeccably designed, very well equipped, and within walking distance of everything, yet far enough to enjoy peace and tranquility. It is bright and airy due to the multiple windows and sliding doors. A lot of the furniture pieces, as well as closets and doors, are custom-made from local woods crafted by local artisans.
Its colors are relaxing and inspired by the ocean, the sunset, and the sand. The house features a covered two-car port, three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with a roomy and open-concept living and dining area, that is very inviting to spend time together. The kitchen is spacious and includes fancy stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, all the utensils you may need, and an island to cook at your ease.
All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, closets, TV, A/C, top-of-the-line mattresses, and linens to make sure you wake up brand new. The main bedroom has a king bed and a double vanity in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has a queen-size bed plus a bunk bed for up to 8 people sleeping comfortably. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
Outdoor living is a very important amenity in this tropical paradise that's why we have taken care of every detail for your enjoyment. The house has a large, covered terrace accessed via high-quality security glass doors built out of tempered glass. Within the patio, around beautiful tropical plants, you have a saltwater filtrated pool, a typical palapa with a thatch roof where you can BBQ, and a storage facility for your beach gear big enough to hold an ATV within it. We wouldn't be surprised if you don't feel like leaving the house and prefer spending your vacations at the pool area.
The house is cooled down by efficient mini-split A/C units. There is a comfortable laundry room. For your safety, an alarm system and CCTV are installed. This vacation rental sits at a nice corner lot next to a green zone of the community as well, a convenient access gate leads you from the patio to the internal private road. The house is fully stocked with other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. We also include complimentary amenities like sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap, as a courtesy for your stay.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
