Welcome to The Jewel â the middle unit of our fully renovated triplex. Everything inside has been refreshed with modern finishes, new furnishings, and a clean, uncluttered style designed for comfort. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, The Jewel is a peaceful hideaway in a convenient Wilmington location.
Important Note: This is a triplex, and while the building has been beautifully updated, sound can travel between units. Most guests find it quiet and comfortable, but if youâre a very light sleeper or require total silence, this may not be the best fit. We want you to have the right expectations so your stay is perfect.
The Jewel sits right next to the Nir Family YMCA, Wilmingtonâs flagship branch. Guests can purchase a day pass and enjoy full access to the pool, sauna, hot tub, weights, cardio machines, spin bikes, and group fitness classes.
Wallace Park and Port City Java are just a short drive away. Nearby favorites include Indochine, Whole Foods, and a variety of cafés and breweries. Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk are less than 5 minutes by car, and Wrightsville Beach is under 15 minutes when you're ready for sand and surf.
