Surfside 12 A4 is a luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium on Sanibel Island’s East End, offering direct Gulf views and easy beach access. The condo was recently renovated with modern finishes and high-quality furnishings. With two designated work from home spaces and high speed internet, it’s perfect for extended stays. This top floor unit is a peaceful oasis to work, play and have some fun in the sun!
Located in a quiet 12-unit complex, guests have access to a heated pool, covered parking, and private beach access. The two-week minimum stay helps maintain a calm, residential atmosphere.
Inside, the open-plan chef's kitchen, dining, and living areas overlook the Gulf. The kitchen includes full-size stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all essential cookware and serve ware. Bedrooms feature comfortable bedding and ample storage. A washer/dryer in the unit, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs are included.
The East End location provides convenient access to the Sanibel Lighthouse, Periwinkle Way shops and restaurants, and the island’s bike path network. Guests can easily reach the J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge, nearby golf courses, and local marinas for fishing or kayaking. The storage code is 7943
