WATERFRONT OCEAN ACCESS & PRIVATE POOL AND DOCK. This stunning 4 Bedroom & 3 Bathroom home is located on the tranquil St. Lucie River. Whether you're an avid boater or just looking for a gorgeous spot to relax, you're sure to find yourself sunbathing by the crystal-clear pool overlooking a private dock where you can tie up or fish for a variety of species. Relax on one of the screen-in porches or relax by the fireplace while watching your favorite show or dining on your fresh catch!

We are always available to call or text up until 8:30pm at night. I do have a local crew that can handle most issues.

Family Friendly Boating Community with access to the North Fork of the St Lucie River, Atlantic Ocean, Lake Okeechobee, and Gulf Coast of Florida via our private waterways. Community amenities include four waterfront neighborhood parks and more. River House is a spacious canal-front home located in a charming and quaint community North of the Roosevelt Bridge. The property features a private dock, with access to the St. Lucie River, offering fantastic private dockage. You can enjoy peaceful and serene wide water views from the large fenced-in backyard. The interior has a cozy modern style, newly furnished and decorated, and features an updated dream kitchen with a Stainless-Steel Induction Cooktop Stove and Wall Oven. The house is located on a quiet street, with a personal boat dock, a large patio with a private pool with cabana bathroom, and screened-in porches with comfortable seating overlooking the water. You can enjoy some stunning views of the area from the second-story screened-in patios or have a competitive game of table tennis in the game room. This wonderful home is situated in an excellent part of the city, only 15 minutes away from everything, including Stuart beaches, historic downtown areas, shopping, restaurants, and the St. Lucie Inlet. It's the perfect place to experience the Florida dream stay, and it's suitable for families or a couple of friends.


Guests have access to all spaces in the house.

The Boat Lift is not for use. Exceptions may be granted for stays longer than one month and the tenant would be responsible for making their own supervised bunk and stringer adjustments. The Dock is available for tie-up with a damage deposit based on the type of watercraft. Power is not available. Additional fees and/or deposits will be required as well as proof of insured vessel up to $100,000 in liability damage.

The Community Boat ramp is not for Guests' use. All guests are prohibited from using the Community HOA boat ramp. The boat ramp is Privately owned and locked at all times.
**All Guest Boater will need to use the public boat ramp at Shepard Park at 600 SW Ocean Blvd, Stuart, FL.

You must supply your own transportation, or we recommend using the UBER app or Lyft App.

Paradise Palm River House is a beautiful property located in the north of the Roosevelt Bridge, on a canal with access to Saint Lucie River. The house is fully furnished and decorated and comes with a private boat dock that is conveniently located behind the home. You can relax poolside or in one of the private screened-in porches and enjoy your favorite meal fresh off the grill. The kitchen is a dream come true, with a stainless-steel induction cooktop and wall oven, and there is a spacious dining area and tranquil patio with a view of the gorgeous private pool. The house is located just a few minutes away from historic Jensen Beach and Stuart and is less than an hour's drive from West Palm Beach.

Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of government-issued photo ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a sexual felony conviction will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.

Pet Fees: $200 for the first dog; and $75 for the second. You must select Pets when creating your reservation
Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis via photos and phone interviews. Cats are NEVER allowed.

All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will contact you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PALMETTO RIVER HOUSE

These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
Persons shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only

GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night b

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method' fees (4.25%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or directly are not refundable. All refunds including any damage deposits paid by a credit card will incur a 4% processing fee to refund back to the original form of payment OR, will be issued by a check and mailed to your verified mailing address at no additional fee.
